Plus, it's super easy to prepare - just toss all the ingredients in a blender and you're good to go. Whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or just want to feel more energized and focused throughout the day, this smoothie diet plan is perfect. It's a great way to boost your overall health and wellbeing, and I've seen some amazing results from friends who've tried it.

My Morning Smoothie Routine: How I Keep My Figure in Top Shape

summarizeEditor's Summary

I've been stuck in a fitness rut for years, but my morning smoothie routine has been a total game-changer. With a healthy dose of fruits, veggies, and protein, I've been able to keep my figure in top shape. I'm not saying it's easy, but with a little creativity and the right ingredients, you can achieve amazing results too. Plus, it's a heck of a lot healthier than your average breakfast option. I'm not gonna lie, it's worth every penny. I've been experimenting with different recipes and ingredients, and I've found that it's all about balance and variety. I've learned to mix and match different fruits, veggies, and protein sources to keep things interesting and ensure I'm getting all the nutrients I need. It's not just about the smoothie itself, but also about the habits and mindset that come with it. I've found that starting my day with a healthy smoothie sets me up for success and gives me the energy and motivation I need to tackle whatever comes next.

Hello everyone!
I've been stuck in the same shape for the best part of my life, and I'm not exactly thrilled about it.
Here's a photo of me 10 years ago:
And here's a photo of me from last spring.
I'm an avid sports fan, but one of the most important things in my daily routine is making a smoothie for breakfast. I've been doing this for almost a decade now, and I can honestly say it's a game-changer.There are loads of benefits to having a smoothie as your breakfast. For starters, it's a heck of a lot healthier than a bacon butty or a fried egg. Plus, it's a breeze to make - quicker than cooking an egg, and even faster than boiling a kettle!
One of the best things about smoothies is that they're incredibly filling. If you make it with my recipe, you'll be stuffed until lunchtime. And the best part? You get a balanced mix of protein, fats, and carbs, plus a load of essential vitamins and minerals.
Now, on to the recipes!
I use a blander that I picked up on AliExpress - it's a bit of an unknown brand, but it's a beast of a machine that can churn out a top-notch smoothie in under 2 minutes.
The key to a great smoothie is getting the right ingredients. For me, that means including seeds like chia, flax, or hemp. I usually go with flaxseed:
You'll need to grind the flaxseed in a coffee grinder first. For two servings, you'll need a full coffee grinder's worth of flaxseed. The other essential ingredient for me is a banana. From there, you can add any fruits you like.
I love adding chia seeds to my smoothies, especially during the summer when I'm looking for a refreshing and filling treat. For example, I'll often add some fresh berries like strawberries or blueberries to give it a sweet and fruity flavor.
I'll also add some frozen spinach or kale to give it a boost of nutrients. The best part is that it's so easy to make - just throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
I also like to add some frozen fruit like pineapple or mango to give it a tropical twist. And of course, it's always a good idea to add some fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro to give it a bit of freshness.
One thing I've learned is that it's best to store the frozen ingredients in the freezer to keep them fresh. I usually make a big batch of smoothie mix and store it in a container in the freezer.
Chia seed smoothies are definitely one of my favorites - they're so thick and creamy, like a pudding!
I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of chia seeds, but they're definitely a superfood.
Flaxseed smoothies are similar, but I don't make them as often.
In the morning, I like to make myself a glass of water with lemon juice and honey, and then I'll have my smoothie afterwards.
Adding nuts to your smoothie is a no-brainer. If you've got a powerful blender, you can skip grinding them beforehand.
I'm a big fan of adding walnuts.Water's another essential component, and the amount you use depends on your desired consistency. I never add store-bought juices – they're just a cocktail of chemicals and sugar. For me, it's just filtered water all the way.
At this point, I'm so hooked on smoothies that if I don't have one, I feel like something's missing. It's become a daily ritual, and I've gotten into the habit of making it for breakfast most days.
One of the best things about smoothies is that you can mix and match different fruits and berries to create a new flavor every day. The time of year doesn't even matter – I can still find plenty of seasonal options at my local supermarket, even in the dead of winter.
If you're looking to eat healthier or lose some weight, I highly recommend giving smoothies a try. I find it's easiest to make them for breakfast, but they're just as great as a snack or even a light dinner. I've even measured the calories – a single serving comes out to around 500-600 calories, making it a satisfying and filling meal. Thanks for reading!
