Hello everyone!
I'm excited to share my favorite sugar-free chocolate bars with you. I've been indulging in sweets over the holidays, gained a few kilos, and now it's time to get back on track!
These bars are perfect for when I'm cutting back on sugar or just need a quick pick-me-up. I've been obsessed with them for years, and I first discovered them at K&B. I've lost count of how many times I've purchased them, but I recently found an even better deal.
I was thrilled to find that they were significantly cheaper when I ordered them from Ozon. A box of 12 bars cost 510 rubles, which is an amazing value for money.
The box arrived a bit damaged, but the bars inside were fine. I was a bit worried that someone might have taken a few bars, but everything was accounted for.
The box has a special compartment to store the bars, but since it was damaged, I just threw the bars onto the table. The packaging has all the necessary information, which is easier to read than the labels on the bars themselves. Shelf life (the fresher, the better):

corn syrup, nut mixture (almonds, hazelnuts), milk chocolate (corn syrup, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, skim milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavor, sweetener (sucralose)), cocoa butter, cocoa powder, oligofructose, hazelnuts, potato starch, corn flour, sunflower oil, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), thickener (guar gum), pH regulator (sodium bicarbonate), salt, natural flavor, egg white, sweetener (sucralose).
The ingredient list is good, but I do have to say that the use of sucralose as a sweetener isn't ideal. If you have digestive issues, it's best to avoid these bars altogether. And to be honest, sucralose isn't the best sweetener either.

To be honest, the calorie count of one bar doesn't bother me - 147 calories is perfectly fine. And the 10.5g of fat isn't even a concern for me, as I usually gain weight from carbs. But let's be real, this isn't exactly a weight loss story. I did manage to lose weight while eating these bars, but that was because I was careful not to overdo it. If you're planning on using these bars as a weight loss aid, you should definitely keep an eye on your daily intake.
Each pack contains 12 bars, weighing 35g each, and let's be real, it's hard to stop at just one.

I was a bit surprised by how small and slender these chocolate bars are - they're not as chunky as Snickers, for example. The milk chocolate color is really appealing to my eyes, and the aroma is unmistakably chocolatey.xa0
When you bite into it, you can see the nuts - I love that it's a combination of hazelnuts and almonds, not peanuts. I'm a huge fan of hazelnuts, personally.
The praline is firm, but not too hard, and the chocolate coating is crunchy, I think it's because of the hazelnuts. The nutty aroma is really nice.

It's sweet, but not cloyingly so - I don't feel like I'm getting a sugar rush. The filling is firm and has a nice crunch to it.
The chocolate isn't overpowering, and the nuts aren't too strong either - it's a really nice balance. I used to have these with coffee, but since I've cut back on caffeine, I've been enjoying them with chicory instead. It's a great pairing.
I was surprised by how filling these bars are, considering they're only 35g. The fiber content really helps to keep me satisfied, so one bar is enough for me.
I've become a bit obsessed with these chocolate bars - I also really like the marzipan ones from the same brand, they're more filling and I actually prefer them now. If you're feeling adventurous, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try, but start with a single bar to see if you like them.
I've been eating these bars for a while now, and I have to say that they're one of my favorite snacks. They're perfect for when I need a quick energy boost or just want to satisfy my sweet tooth. The combination of hazelnuts and almonds is really nice, and the chocolate coating is crunchy and delicious.
One thing to note is that these bars are not suitable for everyone, especially those with digestive issues. The use of sucralose as a sweetener can be problematic for some people, so it's best to avoid them if you have any sensitivities.
I highly recommend these sugar-free chocolate bars. They're a great option for those looking for a guilt-free snack, and they're perfect for anyone who loves chocolate and nuts. Just be sure to keep an eye on your daily intake, especially if you're planning on using them as a weight loss aid.
