The problems started when they sent non-Russian workers to my place. They were unfriendly and unprofessional, and showed up a whole day late. I was expecting local staff, as it was clearly stated on their website - a promise they failed to keep.
They dismantled my furniture by hand instead of doing it neatly, which was not only unprofessional but also wasteful. The value for money I got was nowhere near what I expected.
During the pickup, they damaged my door, which was just another example of their carelessness. And to make matters worse, they left a mess behind, claiming they'd clean up after themselves. That just seemed ridiculous to me.
