Hello everyone! I've been there, done that - the days of trudging through hypermarkets are long gone. I mean, who needs to waste time and gas driving to the store, dealing with crowds, and standing in long lines at the checkout?
The reasons are simple:
It's just not convenient;
You need to waste gas driving to the store;
It takes up precious time;
Dealing with crowds in the store;
It's not cost-effective;
The risk of getting sick, especially during the fall and winter seasons;
Long lines at the checkout.
I'm not saying I never go to a store like Perekrestok for groceries, but I'm not exactly loading up on massive bags either. I prefer the convenience of online shopping, and I'm not alone.
I want to highlight the benefits of online ordering:
It's cost-effective;
You can order at any time of day;
Good cashback rates;
Discounts on products in one place;
No need to lug around bags;
No need to waste gas;
No need to drive anywhere;
No need to stand in line;
It's cheaper overall.
This month, my cashback has already exceeded 5,000 rubles, so I'm no longer eligible for the T-bank offer of 17% off grocery orders.
I consider T-bank to be one of the best banks, and I wrote a review about it:
For me, Tinkoff is the best bank! In August 2025, I got 7,977 rubles in cashback and 3,000 for referring a friend. You can find the proof in the review. The cashback rate is the highest, the conditions are great, free maintenance, and the support team responds quickly and always in favor of the customer.
I saw some 'wheel of fortune' in the T-bank app and decided to spin it, and I got to choose from 100 gifts.
I chose 50% in Yandex Market and started building my cart.
I downloaded the app in a pleasant blue hue and immediately saw green mandarins and decided to try:
At the top, you can choose 'Market near home' or 'Big Market':
But not all items are available in the other market.
I chose the necessary positions from the catalog:
I even took some items I didn't particularly want, but had been wanting for a long time:
One thing that caught my eye was the option to tip the delivery person.
The total came out to be 7,905 rubles, plus the tip.
I also applied a promo code for 50% off my first order over 3,500 rubles, which brought the total down to 9,239 rubles.
It's worth noting that the promo code is applied to the original price of the item, not the discounted price in the cart.
I have to admit, I was skeptical about the 50% discount at first. I mean, companies don't exactly operate at a loss, do they?
After applying the promo code, I got a confirmation message:
One major downside!
There's this little window that says 'call to replace the item if it's not available'. I clicked on it, and it pops up with a message saying they won't bother me and they'll just remove the item.
And that's exactly what happened with one of the items. They called me and said they didn't have it, and they couldn't replace it. Guess I must have clicked the 'call' button by mistake...
For me, that's not a huge deal, but I would've liked the option to replace the item.
✔️ Shipping.
At first, they said 20-30 minutes, but I think that's just unrealistic - how can they possibly gather and deliver such a big order that quickly?
They delivered the order in 45 minutes. I didn't even time it, but it was really fast.
You can track the order in the app, even see the courier's car number!
✔️ Order.
They brought everything in 5 blue bags, just like the app's logo. If that's a big deal for anyone, the bags are free, just like with all deliveries:
The bags are sturdy, tied up at the top.
The cats came to inspect:
I was impressed by how neatly our order was packed. Everything was carefully wrapped in boxes:
The boxes were all intact. The only issue was that one chocolate bar inside was broken in half:
That's how you pack fruits, not in bags:
The pastries and cookies were all intact:
Yogurts were all intact from the top, not crushed:
Additional glass jars in paper bags:
Now, let's talk about the oranges: they're a nice shade of green.
The fruits are arranged on a nice-looking backing.
And the expiration dates are all good.
✔️ My takeaways.
I'm really happy with my order. The main positives are:
✅️ Fast shipping.
✅️ A huge selection.
✅️ Prices are pretty average.
✅️ Quality products.
✅️ Good shelf life.
✅️ No need to leave the house.
✅️ It saves time.
✅️ Everything is fresh.

The negatives:
❌️ Can't replace the product.
❌️ The promo code actually increases the order cost, not decreases it.

I'm generally happy with the shipping, but it could be better! I'm deducting a star for the negatives. Using promo codes feels like a bit of a scam to me.
After receiving my order, I logged into the app and saw this little window:
Where I could rate the order.
I'd definitely recommend this delivery service!

Thanks for reading! Wishing you happiness, peace, and good fortune!

Another popular app in Russia - we'll all be there soon:
IN COMPULSORY ORDER INSTALLED MAX. 'We'll all be there sooner or later...', my husband said. Now with Max you can go shopping without a passport and buy drinks

I've noticed the demand for Fix Price products is super low in St. Petersburg. Now I get why people in other Russian cities are fighting over Fix Price deals. Is it a manufactured shortage or a throwback to the 90s?
