Sirius Adult Dog Food for Large Breeds

Let me tell you, this Sirius adult dog food is a total game-changer for large breed dogs. It's made with high-quality chicken and veggies, so you can trust it's good for your furry friend. Plus, it's super easy on their tummies, which is a huge plus for pet owners like me. I mean, who doesn't want a happy, healthy pup? And the best part? It's an amazing value for money - offering a balanced diet that's gentle on their digestive system.

My Honest Review of Sirius Adult Dog Food for Large Breeds - A Good Option for My Senior Husky?

summarizeEditor's Summary

I've been feeding my 10-year-old Siberian Husky, a 15 kg spayed girl, Sirius Adult Dog Food for Large Breeds for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the price and build quality. The kibble is easy to digest, and my pup's energy levels have stayed consistent. However, I wish the packaging included a resealable zipper or a clip. All things considered, I'd recommend this food for its value for money and ease of use, but it's not perfect.

Hello there!
I've been feeding my senior Siberian Husky, a 10-year-old spayed girl, Sirius Adult Dog Food for Large Breeds, and I'm thoroughly impressed.
Sirius Dry Food for Adult Large-Breed Dogs (Turkey/Vegetables)
My pup weighs 15 kg, and I've been feeding her this kibble for a while now.
The price is 4090 rubles, which I think is reasonable.
Who do I feed?
I've got a Siberian Husky, 10 years old. She's spayed.
The kibble size is just right for my big dog - not too small, not too big.
Let's take a look at the ingredients.
Rice, Dehydrated Meat (Turkey 16%, Chicken 11%), Corn, Chicken Fat, Hydrolyzed Meat Proteins, Plant Fibers (Source of Fiber), Oat Flakes, Flaxseed, Yeast, Salmon Oil 0.7%, Dried Carrot, Dried Pumpkin, Probiotic Complex ProStor+ (Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus licheniformis, Autolyzed Brewer's Yeast, Pectin Complex, Echinacea, Chamomile), Glucosamine Sulfate – 750 mg/kg, Dried Celery, Yuca Schidigera, Chondroitin Sulfate – 250 mg/kg.
The ingredients are what really matter to me - I want to see a good balance of meat and other nutrients.
Don't get me wrong, the packaging and design are cool, but it's the ingredients that count.
I appreciate the percentage breakdown - it gives me a better idea of how much meat is actually in the mix.
Dried meat (16% chicken, 11% turkey)
First off, there's the rice.
Rice
I love rice in my dog's diet - it's great for digestion.
But, it should come after the animal protein, not before.
Maize
Now, corn is a different story. It's cheap and everywhere, but I'm not convinced it's doing much for my dog's health.
It's just there to bulk it up, I suppose.
Hydrolyzed meat proteins
This one's a bit of a grey area - it's related to the meat content, but not quite the same thing.
After that, the other ingredients are pretty straightforward. I don't see anything to worry about.
High animal ingredient content (41%)
Yeah, it's a decent amount, but still less than half.
Still, I like it. My dog's not as active as she used to be, and she's not on those high-protein kibbles anymore.
This one's got joint supplements, which is a nice touch.
No adverse reactions to report - her stool's normal, and she's not showing any signs of allergies.
Her coat's still looking great, and I'm impressed.
This is a good kibble - the ingredients are decent, and the price isn't too bad.
Course, it's not the cheapest option out there.
One thing that's a bit annoying is the lack of a secure closure - it's a pain to store, and I end up having to fold the bag over.
I'm thoroughly impressed with this Sirius dog food - it's a good option for my senior Husky.
Thanks for checking out my review!
