So, I was excited to try the Singi Foot Cleaner Fc-1000, which I picked up at a small Korean cosmetics store for 506 rubles. It's made in Korea, which is a big plus for me.

The Singi Foot Cleaner Fc-1000 is a simple, yet effective tool. The file itself is really cute and looks like a toy. There's not much to say about it, to be honest - it's a straightforward, easy-to-use device.
The working part is curved and rounded, making it easy to use for both dry and wet pedicure types. I prefer cutting away dead skin when it's dry, but you can do it either way. The stainless steel construction is a big plus in my book, and the 234 micro blades are super sharp and do a great job of cutting away rough skin.
On the back, there's a plastic cap that's securely attached, but easy to remove when you need to. The handle is really comfortable, non-slip, and stays firmly in my hand - no worries about it flying out of my grasp.
