I bought it on Aliexpress, here\'s the link - it\'s a bit pricier now. They delivered it super fast, in just 4-5 days, right to my doorstep. That\'s a nice touch. And the seller was great, we chatted. They sent the order quickly.This was a \'spur of the moment\' purchase, because I had a hair explosion at the pasta factory, and I always style my hair. I thought, wouldn\'t it be great to just comb and go?
The reviews on Ali for this comb and straightener are great, and the seller gave out a few of these combs for free as part of their \'Halava\' program. And the reviews on those are amazing. So I bought this thing.So, the comb and straightener itself

On the box, they\'ve listed all the benefits of the comb and straightener, and I want to talk a bit about them. The long battery life - that\'s a bit of a contentious point. I don\'t know what\'s normal for this kind of tech, but to me, 15-30 minutes doesn\'t seem like a lot

Travel pouch is a must-have, because you can\'t just toss a hot hair straightener into your bag. It cools down completely in about 20 minutes.

I tried using this feature once, and yeah, I\'d already styled my hair, so I basically drained the battery, and I only managed to charge my phone a tiny bit.
Fast heat up to 200 C - I don\'t know, 30 seconds is just too much. I timed it specifically for this review, and it takes 1 minute and 20 seconds to get ready. The seller says it\'s 1-2 minutes, and yeah, it\'s super hot, comparable to a regular flat iron.To turn on the straightener and start heating, you need to hold the single button, and then the light indicator starts flashing.
When the indicator stops flashing and stays green - you\'re good to go. To turn it off, you need to hold the same button.
I don\'t know why they put it on the box, but I think a charger should come with every device as standard.The straightener charges for ages, as stated in the manual, it takes 3 hours to fully charge the battery.The straightener is pretty heavy, about a kilo, and a bit bulky, although a regular flat iron would take up more space in your bag.
Now, about the usage and results.
So, to avoid burning yourself, the teeth have special soft and heat-resistant tips, and the plastic teeth on the sides don\'t let heat through, making it safe to use. I didn\'t burn myself once. The whole straightener heats up, but it\'s not too intense.
I was a bit stumped on how to clean and maintain this thing, so I just stuck to wiping it down with a cloth.
Before using it, you really should give yourself a good brushing with a regular comb – the rubber tips have a hard time getting through tangled hair, and if you factor in the weight of the comb, it\'s a real pain to get through.
Using this thing to straighten your hair is not just a matter of running a comb through it and you\'re good to go. You need to run it back and forth several times, more than a regular straightening iron, and you need to divide your hair into sections.
