Editor's Summary
I've been collecting alternative perfumes for a while now, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on S Parfum's T4. This cherry-scented perfume is a great addition to any collection, but it's not without its quirks. I picked it up at the S Parfum flagship store for 2000 rubles with a discount, which I thought was a pretty good deal. The packaging is standard for this store, but the 30ml bottle size is a nice touch. One thing that caught me off guard was the lack of a perfume name on the bottle, which can make it hard to identify in a collection. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

First up, I'll be reviewing the perfume water S parfum T4.
I picked it up at the S parfum flagship store for 2000 rubles with a discount.
PACKAGING.
The packaging is pretty standard for this store - a black glass case with the brand name on the front. I've got a 30ml bottle, which is a nice size.
The perfume name is missing, but you can identify it by the sticker on top of the bottle. If you've got a collection of S parfum perfumes, you'll have to remember the code or sniff it out.
The cap is metal and stays securely in place.
The sprayer works well and doesn't clog. It disperses the scent in a nice, medium-sized cloud – not too fluffy, not too concentrated. NOTES OF THE FRAGRANCE.
The fragrance pyramid is rich, with a clear focus on cherry and almond notes.
Top notes:
Cherry, liqueur, almond
Middle notes:
Jasmine sambac, rose, prunes
Base notes:
Vanilla, tonka beans, sandalwood.
It's clear this scent is inspired by Tom Ford's 'Lost Cherry' – you can tell by the notes.
I'll be honest, this isn't a direct copy, but rather a replica of the scent. And it sounds amazing.
In the first hour, I'm getting notes of cherry and almond. The cherry is tart and not just sweet, but also slightly bitter, I think that's thanks to the licorice notes. The almond is also super distinct. This combination gives it an intoxicating and smooth sound.
This scent didn't really unfold for me - I didn't pick up on the floral notes at all.
From the top notes after an hour and throughout the drydown, the scent, without losing the top notes of cherry and almond, is complemented by sandalwood, tonka beans, and prunes.
The vanilla, if it's even there, gets lost in the overall rich sound of the top notes, which are so intense and vibrant. But I'm not complaining, because I already have a vanilla-flavored favorite for winter.
Overall impression of the scent - sweet jam with almond petals, or cherry liqueur. It's incredibly sweet, even cloying at first - it's like a wild sweet ride that only balances out after a few hours with warm sandalwood.I love cherry notes in perfumes, they're always so tasty and not as generic as strawberry. Thanks to the cherry, the scent sounds richer and more restrained, even if it is sweet. This is a pretty classic scent, not going into Eastern gurmanika. I'm cautious around Eastern perfumes, although I do have an Eastern favorite. But I'm really enjoying this simple and straightforward sound, not suffocating under 'the East'.
LONGEVITY.
All S parfum fragrances have some kind of phenomenal longevity, especially at this price point. And T4 is no exception. I apply 2 spritzes: 1 on the body, 1 on my hair.
I've found that this perfume lasts on my skin for 8-10 hours. It fades out smoothly, without any harsh disappearance. It's more like it just settles into your skin. On clothes, it'll stick around until the next wash.
PROJECTED WISDOM.
Be prepared for the projection – this one's a real showstopper. You'll be easily identifiable by this scent when you step out of the room. And, honestly, you'll be able to smell it around you within a 2-meter radius.
SEASONALITY/UNIVERSALITY/WHO IT'S FOR.
For me, T4 is a clear winter scent. Come spring and summer, it'll be overwhelming – both for the wearer and those around them. As for age, I don't think there are any restrictions – it's suitable for women of all ages.
Is it office-friendly? Why not? It looks great in the office, especially during winter, with its warm, comforting effect.
COMMENDATIONS.
Who doesn't love cherries? This scent is a real crowd-pleaser, especially with its simplicity and sweetness. I've received plenty of compliments, especially from men.
If you like cherry scents but don't want to break the bank for Tom Ford's “Lost Cherry”, give S parfum's T4 a try. It's a fantastic alternative to a luxury perfume, with great longevity and an affordable price tag. T4 is a wonderful winter scent for those who enjoy sweet fragrances.
