Editor's Summary
I'm not one to stress about weight loss, but after gaining a few pounds over the years, I knew I needed to make a change. I tried Reducine, and to my surprise, it actually worked. The key is to approach it with a clear plan and not just rely on the appetite-blocking effects. I lost weight, but more importantly, I gained a better understanding of my eating habits. With Reducine, I was able to cut back on unnecessary snacking and develop healthier food choices. It's not a magic pill, but it's definitely a valuable tool for anyone looking to shed a few pounds. I used it for a few weeks, and the results were noticeable. I felt more in control of my appetite, and I was able to make healthier choices without feeling deprived. Reducine helped me develop a more balanced relationship with food, and I'm grateful for that.
Specifications
Hello everyone!
To be honest, weight loss has never been a major concern in my life. I've pretty much been at the same weight for most of my life, with a few exceptions. Having pregnancies and births did add a few pounds, but by the time my kids were around 2-3 years old, my weight had stabilized, and I was happy with it.
Of course, it's changed over time. In college and before my first pregnancy, I weighed around 52 kg at 170 cm, and I felt great. I returned to that weight around 5 years after my first birth, and I was happy with it.
Then I gradually started gaining weight - 55-56 kg, 58-59 kg, and eventually 61-62 kg. This weight wasn't ideal for me (to be honest, it was really bothering me), and I consider 60 kg to be a critical weight for me. I don't drink soda, I don't eat much candy, and I eat relatively little, but somehow this weight just seemed stuck. Maybe it's because I'm not doing enough exercise, but that's not the whole story.
I didn't weigh myself for a long time, just so I wouldn't get discouraged, until I noticed that my regular clothes were feeling a bit tight.
When I finally weighed myself, I was shocked: 64.2 kg, and then 64.5 kg. I was like, 'What's going on?'
Reduslim photo reviewSo, to put this into perspective, when I gained 20 kg during my first pregnancy and felt like a beached whale the next day, my weight was 67.6 kg. Now, I'm only a few pounds away from that feeling, and I'm not even pregnant. This happened in the summer, and I had an important event coming up (and a tight-fitting dress) in just 3 weeks, so I decided it was time to try something new. I ordered Reduslim 15 for the first time in my life.
I have to say that the packaging looks pretty standard: a white and pink cardboard box with the main information about the product and manufacturer.
Weight loss on ReduslimThe expiration date is printed on the packaging in a factory-sealed way.PackagingThe detailed information about the product, including contraindications, composition, and restrictions, is listed in the Russian-language instruction manual inside the box.
Instructions for ReductilI was impressed by the dark blue capsules, which came in standard silver blisters - 3 blisters with 10 capsules each.
Reductil tabletsThe back of the blister has the essential information about the medication, including the active ingredient,
Reductil review and the expiration date is embossed. Reductil pills The capsule is medium-sized and easy to swallow. Reductil tabletThis review is written after using the entire package and several months after consuming all the capsules.
Reductil 15 reviewsIn the composition of this medication, there is an active substance:

I didn't experience any negative reactions to the composition, nor did I have an allergy.

other risk factors related to excess body weight: type 2 diabetes or dyslipidemia (disorder of lipid metabolism).
As I mentioned in my intro, I didn't have any direct reasons to use the product personally. My maximum weight was 64.5 kg, and my BMI was just above 22, which is actually within the normal range (18.5-25). It's when the BMI exceeds 25 that we start talking about pre-obesity, and when it hits 27, that's when they might prescribe this stuff. I didn't get prescribed it, though - I started taking it on my own 'at my own risk', as they say.
Method of application and doses:
Take one tablet orally once a day. The dose is set individually, depending on your tolerance. The recommended starting dose is 10 mg, and if you can't handle it, start with 5 mg. Take it in the morning, don't chew it, and wash it down with plenty of water (a full glass). You can take it on an empty stomach or with food.
If, after four weeks of treatment, you haven't lost more than 5% of your original body weight, the dose is increased to 15 mg per day.
Treatment with Reductin should not last more than three months for patients who, after three months of treatment, have not managed to lose 5% of their original body weight.
Do not continue treatment if, after you've reached your weight loss goal, you gain more than 3 kg in weight.
Treatment should not last more than two years, as there's no data on its effectiveness and safety beyond that period.
Treatment should be carried out in combination with a diet and physical exercises under the supervision of a doctor with experience in treating obesity.
Application and effect:
I was pretty nervous about starting to take weight loss pills - it's a pretty invasive thing, and the manufacturer does warn about potential side effects.
But, I decided to go for it, and I started taking the Reductin.
I'd take one tablet in the morning, on an empty stomach, with plenty of water, and then have breakfast.
My usual breakfast at the time consisted of a small plate of cottage cheese with sour cream and nuts (no sugar), coffee, and two toast slices with butter. About a week into it, the second toast just wouldn't fit in my stomach anymore - that was the first noticeable effect of the Reductin, specifically during breakfast.
Throughout the day, I'd feel extremely full - I'd think I was stuffed, but I'd still try to eat in small portions, just to be safe. And, weirdly, my diet ended up being pretty healthy, without any junk food.
What I also noticed was a strong, intense desire to drink - I'd feel thirsty and dry-mouthed all the time, and I'd drink water, but it would only last for five minutes before I'd feel thirsty and dry-mouthed again.
As for the results and effect - I felt them pretty quickly. After a week, my weight was down to 63.3 kg - One thing that really stood out to me was the noticeable weight loss of 1.2 kilograms (which is no small feat for my body type). Then, about 2.5 weeks later, the scales showed 62 kg (minus 2.5 kg from my initial max), and after a full pack of the pills, my weight dropped to 60.9 kg.
Intermediate resultI managed to lose 3.6 kg in a month, which is roughly 5.8% of my initial body weight (basically, the manufacturer says you should be worried if you don't see at least 5% weight loss in a month)
Reductin reviews from weight loss enthusiastsI'd say the pills worked as expected, although I did wish for a better result, like always, I feel like I'm missing something.
In all, I'd say this is a decent result - check out how I looked in my flowy dress and weighed around 61 kg.
61 kg after Reductin (still got a bit of a belly, though)However, I don't think this is the ideal weight for me - I feel more confident when I've lost a bit more weight, like in the photo below Left: 52 kg and one kid, right: 58 kg and two kids. Both weights were okay with me
As for the long-term effect, here's my weight on the scales 2.5 months after taking the pills.
This is the weight I ended up withI managed to get back to my old weight of 62 kg, but I haven't gained any more weight in the past six months (or several years before that, to be honest). So, my weight has plateaued, and I'm not losing any more weight, but I'm not gaining any either. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to maintain the 60.9 kg mark for long.
Summing it up, I'd say the pros of this product are:
✅ it actually works;
✅ it gives results.
The cons are:
❌ you need to put in the effort to maintain the weight loss;
❌ it makes you really thirsty.
I'd say this supplement works. With a bit of effort, you can get even better results, especially if you combine it with a healthy diet and regular exercise. I didn't have any issues with the food side of things (I'm not a big fan of greasy or sugary foods to begin with), but I still need to get into the exercise habit.
I think it's fair to say that you can lose weight in the lead-up to a big event (like a birthday or a holiday), but the real challenge is keeping the weight off.
I only took the supplement for a single course, so it wasn't a long-term system for me, but I'm still happy with the results. The recommended course is usually anything from 3 months to 2 years, so it's definitely something to consider under a doctor's guidance.
I think adults (18-65) can make an informed decision about using these supplements to aid weight loss, as long as they're doing it under a doctor's supervision. And with that in mind, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.
Wishing you all peace, happiness, and a healthy figure – but let's be real, that's secondary!
