  • I wish the immersion blender came with more detailed instructions for first-time users - it's a bit confusing to figure out at first.
  • The buttons on the handle can be a bit stiff at times, but it's not a deal-breaker - just takes some getting used to.

Hello everyone! I recently said goodbye to my trusty old Braun blender, which finally gave up after 10 years of faithful service. The lid of the jug cracked, which was my favorite way to use it - making fish and chicken patties. It was a sad day, but I was excited to try out a new model.

But I didn't want to break the bank, so I opted for the Redmond RHB-2982, a more affordable option that still impressed me with its quality. I've had good experiences with this manufacturer before, and I was eager to see how this one would perform.

▶️Price: 4799 rubles ▶️Where to buy: Link ▶️Manufacturer: China

❤️Design: The black box design looks super stylish and modern. The box itself is sturdy and well-made, and it looks really presentable on my countertop.

Inside, everything is neatly packaged and protected. The user manual is also included, which I always appreciate - you'd be surprised how often I find useful tips and tricks in those little booklets.

The cord length is just right, 1.1m, which gives me plenty of room to move around the kitchen without any tangles.

Features:

✅Maximum number of rotations 15700 rpm ✅Protection from overheating, overloading, and electric shock ✅Smooth speed control is available ✅Turbo mode is available

Value for money:

I'm really happy with the attachments that come with this blender - three's the magic number for me! You get a blender, a whisk with a cup, and a blender attachment. That's all the essentials right there.

❤️My verdict: The plastic on this thing is top-notch - it's dense and feels really solid. The metal parts are just as impressive.

One of the things I love is the speed control and turbo mode on the handheld part. The bowl with the knife locks in place really tightly, and the knives on the attachments are sharp as can be.

You can whip up everything from milkshakes to soups to sauces and dough - the possibilities are endless.

The standard bundle is exactly what I need - I don't use the whisk and cup combo often, but it's great for making mayonnaise.

I've been using this immersion blender mostly for soups and mashed potatoes. I also use the bowl to make meatballs - it's super convenient, and I don't have to get the meat grinder out. Cleaning up is a breeze, and it's just easier to use the blender.

As you can see, I was making a cheese soup - it's really easy to make.

❤️Ingredients: ▶️Carrots ▶️Beets ▶️Onion ▶️Melted cheese "Druzhba" ▶️Melted cheese from a jar ▶️Croutons, herbs to taste

⠀

✅I chop the veggies however I like, because they'll get blended anyway ✅I sauté the onion and beets. I boil the carrots. ✅I add the sautéed mix to the carrots and let it simmer for 7 minutes ✅I grate the "Druzhba" cheese and add it to the soup - I put the whole block in and then broke it up with a spoon, but it's better to grate it. I also add the melted cheese from the jar ✅I stir and let it simmer until the cheese is fully dissolved. I season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat ✅I use the immersion blender and blend the soup right in the pot.

❗️The more veggies you use, the thicker the soup will be. Don't be shy, or it'll be too watery ❗️ ⠀ ✅After blending, I put it in the oven to warm it up and bring it to a boil. I taste it and adjust the seasoning if needed ✅The soup is ready. I add some croutons and sprinkle with herbs.

🔥Conclusion: This is an excellent and high-quality device that will be useful for both adults and kids. Have a good day 💛
