A Great Value for Money: Raye's Athletic Leggings for the Whole Family

I recently picked up a pair of Raye's athletic leggings for my family, and I'm really impressed with the quality and comfort they offer. The 'from baby to baby' range is perfect for families with kids of different ages, and the design is unisex, making them suitable for both boys and girls.

However, I do think the price is a bit steep, but snagging them on sale is a different story! I managed to get them for a great discount during Black Friday, and I ended up paying just 11 euros, which is a fantastic deal.

Where I bought it: Babyshop online store Price: the full price of the leggings on Raye's official website is 3199 rubles, on Wildberries with a discount 2789 rubles. On Babyshop, it's 27 euros, which is approximately 2300 rubles, by the way, that's the best price! But I got them during Black Friday with great discounts, and I ended up paying just 11 euros, which is 955 rubles. For that price, they're perfect. Size range: 104-164 r-rI got the leggings in size 140. I thought they were a bit too big, but they ended up being a great fit for my daughter - she's 10 years old, 143 cm tall, and there's still some room to spare, so she can wear them for another year.

They were originally planned for my son, who wears 134-140, but he just couldn't fit into them.

Colors: on Babyshop, I only saw the leggings in gray, but on Raye's official website, I found them in pink and black as well, which confirms that the model is unisex and suitable for both boys and girls.xa0

The leggings have a pleasant fabric that hugs the body, soft and gentle. It's not like synthetic fabric at all; it feels like high-quality knitwear. And they stretch well.

Composition of the upper part:

92% Polyester, 8% Elastane |

The inner layer is a thin, soft lining, like thermals. But much thinner. So, these leggings aren't warm or winter-friendly! They'd be great for a cold gym session, but don't even think about wearing them for skiing.

The manufacturer also claims that the fabric wicks moisture away from the skin.

I've been washing them at high temperatures - they don't pill, don't shrink, and the logo letters don't peel off. When I wash them, the fabric gets a bit wrinkled, but if I use a fabric softener, I can skip ironing altogether. However, I'm not a fan of the way they look after washing, so I still prefer to iron them. The iron doesn't stick to the fabric.

These are classic sports pants - perfect for working out and hiking. They don't restrict my movements, and I feel comfortable running and squatting in them. However, I'm not a fan of the lack of cuffs on the pant legs. During certain exercises, they tend to ride up. Although it's not a major issue.

Actually, some people might even see it as a plus.

There are two side pockets with a decent depth. Not ideal for phones, since there's no zipper or Velcro, but they're perfect for small toys, a nose wipe, earbuds, hair ties, and so on.

As you can see from the photo above, there's an elastic waistband imitation, but there actually isn't one.

The elastic is wide and comfortable - it doesn't dig into my child's skin and doesn't leave any marks. I'm really glad there's no drawstring - I'm not a fan of them myself, and I can only imagine how frustrating they must be for kids who can't tie them. My daughter may not be a toddler, but she's still prone to untied shoelaces, and it drives me crazy.

My daughter is a petite 10-year-old, weighing only 29 kg. Many pants are too wide for her, but these fit her perfectly and don't sag when she runs.

I've worn these leggings to school for gym class and on a chilly day at the lake house, and they're perfect for both. The fabric isn't super thick, but it's double-layered, so mosquitoes won't be able to bite through it - a big plus considering how bad they can be where I live.

The stitching is top-notch, with no loose threads or weak seams. I've washed them multiple times, and they still look great with no signs of wear. The fabric doesn't stretch out on the knees, either. I don't have any major complaints - aside from the price, that is. It's definitely a matter of personal budget, though. Some people might think they're worth it at any price, while others might think they're too pricey. For the discounted price, I think they're a great deal, but at full price, I probably wouldn't have splurged.
