Editor's Summary
I've been feeding my cat Proplan since 2011, and it's been a total game-changer. He's a super picky eater, but the Proplan cat food for neutered cats is the only thing he'll touch. The flavor with fish is his absolute fave, and he gobbles it up in no time. I feed him twice a day, and a serving size is about half a handful. Since it's dry food, I always make sure there's a water bowl nearby. Specifications
I got my cat from a shelter back in 2011, and the vet said he was probably around a year old. Turns out, he was already a dry food fan, and anything else just wouldn't stick. The vet suggested Proplan, and we've been feeding it to him for 11 years now. I give him the cat food for neutered cats, and he loves the flavor with fish the most. I feed him twice a day, and a serving size is about half a handful. Since it's dry food, I always make sure there's a water bowl nearby.
I used to order it from AliExpress and look for coupons to get the best deal. I'd pay around $1200 for 3 kg, which would last us about 3 months. Not bad, but not the cheapest either.
But then, in February, the price went through the roof. I found a discounted pack on Avito for $1600, but it was a bummer because my cat broke out in an allergic reaction. Guess I should've stuck with my original plan.
