I'll never forget the morning I rushed my cat to this clinic, desperate to save his life. He was on the verge of death from diabetes, and I was hoping for a miracle. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. The nurse spent 15 minutes searching for everything needed for an IV, but she didn't even bother to examine my cat or take any action. When she finally managed to put in the IV, she used a regular saline solution - which is just not what you need when dealing with a pet in critical condition. Two hours later, she put my cat back in his cage, and he needed resuscitation, insulin, glucose, and more. I was horrified. The doctor with a tattoo on her neck came in, took a quick look at us and my cat, and then went to study the pet store. Can you imagine if this happened to your pet? I remember every second of that tragic morning like it was in slow motion. Then they came and said we had to wait until the saline solution came out of the veins so they could take my cat's blood and figure out what was wrong with him. I brought him in at 7:20 am, and they took his blood at 4:30 pm. By 8 pm, I called to ask about my cat, and the administrator said the doctor would call me back, but from her tone, I knew something was off. At 10 pm, the doctor called and said my cat had passed away, his kidneys had failed, and he had brain edema, and when we saw the test results, it was too late. I think they just didn't want to tell me that day. They needed to collect payment for the stay. According to the test results, my cat's glucose was almost 0, his total protein was 0, albumin was 0, and he had hypoglycemic shock. They didn't do anything to help him. They just left him to die in his cage. I'm still trying to process the fact that they didn't try to save him. This clinic is a nightmare. Read my review and think about how you could end up in the same situation, with no one to help you. The staff can fool you, but they can't fool themselves. You'll have to live with this. It's not a place that cares about its patients.

P.S. We lost 5,000 rubles on our trip! The administrator, who's rude to clients, answers harshly and coarsely. She doesn't know anything and just passes the buck. I have no desire to go back to this clinic. Especially after this incident. If only I had known how heartlessly and carelessly they'd approach a stranger's pet, I would never have taken him there.
