Perfume Sucks Green Eau de Parfum

I've been wearing Perfume Sucks Green Fragrance for a while now, and I'm hooked. The unique blend of notes is perfect for everyday wear - it's not too strong, but still gets noticed. What I love most is how long it lasts - I apply it in the morning, and I'm still getting compliments by evening. It's a game-changer if you're looking for a scent that'll keep you smelling great all day.

A Perfume That'll Surprise You: My Experience with Green Perfume from Perfume.Sucks

summarizeEditor's Summary

I recently tried the Green Perfume from Perfume.Sucks, and I'm really impressed. The name Perfume.Sucks is a clever play on words, and that's exactly what you get - a unique blend of fragrances that's not your typical, run-of-the-mill perfume. The packaging is quirky and eye-catching, with a toilet paper roll-shaped bottle and a label listing the exact composition of the fragrance. I love this approach, as it's refreshing to see a brand that's honest about what they're offering. The Green Perfume is probably their most popular scent, and it's definitely worth checking out. The value for money is great, considering the quality of the fragrance, and the shipping was fast and efficient, with no issues at all. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase, and I'd recommend the Green Perfume to anyone looking for a unique scent.

Hey fellow perfume enthusiasts!
I recently tried the Green Perfume from Perfume.Sucks, and let me tell you, it's a total game-changer. The name Perfume.Sucks is a clever play on words, and that's exactly what you get - a unique blend of fragrances that's not your typical, run-of-the-mill perfume.
Perfume.Sucks takes a bold approach to perfumery, openly stating that their fragrances are a combination of different scents, not always natural. I love this approach, as it's refreshing to see a brand that's honest about what they're offering.
Their range of perfumes is relatively small, but each one is named after a color - Green, Black, Purple, Blue, Red, Yellow, and so on. Green is probably their most popular scent, and it's the one I'll be focusing on in this review.
The packaging of the perfume is quite unique, to say the least. The bottle is shaped like a toilet paper roll, and the label lists the exact composition of the fragrance. This is a great touch, as it allows you to recreate the scent if you want to. The bottle itself looks like a typical household cleaning product, which is a bit of a joke, but it's also kind of genius.
Narcos'is Vertus is often compared to Green Perfume.Sucks, but I haven't tried it myself, so I can't comment on that.
Green Perfume.Sucks, released in 2017, is classified as a unisex fragrance and belongs to the Fougere and Citrus families. It was created by Andreas Wilhelm.
The composition of the fragrance is listed as different sources, which is a bit confusing, but I'll try to break it down for you. On the perfume's website, it's listed as Ambroxan, Citrus Accord, Hedione, Cardamom, Labdanum, Frankincense, Magnolia, Mandarin, and Black Pepper. On the fragrance's page, it's listed as Ambroxan, Olibanum, Citrus, Hedione, Cardamom, Labdanum, Mandarin, Black Pepper, and Magnolia. On the Golden Apple website, it's listed as top notes: Ambroxan, Guaiac, Labdanum, Heliotrope; middle notes: Mango, Ginger, Wormwood, Magnolia; base notes: Marijuana, Roasted Hazelnut, Coffee, Frankincense, Cardamom. And on the official Perfume.Sucks website, it's listed as Marijuana, Hazelnut, Coffee, Mango, Rhubarb, and Amber.
The fragrance is interesting, unconventional, and unlike anything I've ever smelled before.
The scent, the brand's concept, and the numerous pyramids that list the fragrance's components all contribute to a boundless sense of imagination in anyone who tries it.
I'm evaluating it solely as a complete perfume, designed as it is, so I won't break down the notes. For me, it's a fragrance of dry, burnt, and bitter greenery + rich, sticky, and balsamic sweetness. When I bought it, I had no idea what to expect, but I thought it would be something more like regular green grass (like lawn grass). I don't like reading reviews before buying.
The fragrance doesn't unfold. It's extremely powerful in the first 30 minutes after application and just powerful in the following hours. Around 12 hours, it's slightly less potent.
Its longevity is amazing, staying on hair after washing and on skin too. It takes about two days to completely fade away.
I've found that two spritzes can be overwhelming, so I try not to apply it too close to my head. I apply it to one of my elbow or wrist creases. Its constant presence can be exhausting for its wearer.
It's extremely sillage-heavy, making it perfect for windy weather. However, it's not suitable for prolonged indoor use.
I bought it without hesitation, solely out of curiosity.
Will I wear it? Yes, but very rarely, and I doubt I'll use up the entire bottle.
I wouldn't recommend buying it without trying it first and wearing it on your wrist in several applications. You can try it at Kosmoteket and Golden Apple.
The price is reasonable for the quality: 5950 rubles for 52 ml.
