Paradise Found: Our Unforgettable Stay at This Hotel

We spent an amazing 10 days at this hotel from December 10th to 20th, staying in room 1504, located in the Adam wing.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

The food was top-notch - we opted for the half-board package and were blown away by the variety and taste of the dishes. We even got to swap dinner for lunch, which we did every day. Kudos to the chef!

The service was impeccable, with staff quickly clearing tables and refilling drinks without extra charge. Fresh fruits and pastries were always available, and the desserts? Absolutely divine! The puddings and Austrian waffles were to die for.

Our room on the 15th floor (1504, Adam wing) offered stunning views of the city and a distant glimpse of the sea. The room itself was spacious, with comfortable beds, crisp linens, and clean towels. Our room attendant, Ramji, was a total rockstar!

He kept our bottled water replenished and our room spotless. We even had a safe, mini-fridge, tea maker, and adjustable air conditioner at our disposal.

The hotel's shuttle service to the JMR beach and nearby malls was a lifesaver. No need to book in advance - just show up at the designated time and hop on the bus.

We're super grateful for this perk, although it would be awesome to have a bigger bus to accommodate everyone.

All staff members were friendly and eager to help with any issues. The service was truly top-notch!

And the best part? Everything was included in the price - from the pool and sauna to the beach towels and gym. We even had complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer in our room.
