The Edem trade center is located at Kutateladze, 4/4. It's a bit on the outskirts of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok, with a wasteland around, fences, and houses in the distance.

Getting there by public transport can be a bit of a hassle - you'll have to walk an extra 800 meters from the nearest stop to spot the building.

This can be inconvenient.

But if you drive, you won't have any issues, thanks to the large parking lot.

General Impression

Edem trade center is bright, light, shiny, and festive!

Glass, metal, and ceramic everywhere!

The trade center has 4 floors, which you can access via a lift or escalator.

There's an information display showing what's on each floor.

An administrator is always on the first floor, ready to answer any questions you may have.

The first floor has plenty of space for cultural and entertainment events, masterclasses, and craft markets.

They even set up a giant, real Christmas tree during the New Year.

The second floor has a toilet - let's take a look.

First impression: luxurious and expensive.

However, things aren't all rosy...

The toilet is dirty, not cleaned, and half the locks on the doors don't work.

The tiles are cracked in many places.

What really caught my attention was the fact that there's only one store - 'Dobryanka', which positions itself as a Russian kitchen market:I was impressed by the fact that you can try dishes that have been cooked in Russia for centuries, but have been forgotten in recent years.

They're carefully restoring and preserving Russian cuisine to pass it down to future generations.

The store offers a wide range of clothing and shoes to suit any taste, age, and budget.From well-known brands to lesser-known ones, you'll find something that suits your style and wallet.

I'd still recommend Edem, but I'm deducting a star for the gross state of the public areas.

It's a shame they didn't make more of the space – it's huge!
