Love from 9 to 5

This office romance TV series is a must-watch for anyone who's ever worked in a busy office. I'm talking coworkers, office politics, and finding love in the most unexpected places. The storyline's engaging, the characters are relatable, and you'll be hooked from the very first episode. Trust me, you'll fall in love with the cast of characters and their quirky office shenanigans.

Why 'Office Love' Failed to Capture My Heart

summarizeEditor's Summary

I dove into 'Office Love', a Mexican show about office romance, after discovering my new favorite genre - vertical series. I was excited to see where Graciela's one-night stand would take her, but unfortunately, the show lost steam after the first episode and failed to capture my heart. The premise, while intriguing, didn't quite deliver on its promise. I watched the first 8 episodes, but I'm not sure I'll continue.

I recently discovered a new favorite genre - vertical series, and 'Office Love' was right at the top of my list. This Mexican show has a straightforward premise: it's all about office romance, which the title pretty much gives away.
Graciela, played by Ana González Bello, works for a lingerie development company and has big plans to become the director. But little does she know, a one-night stand with a stranger could throw off her plans.
My Fiancé - A Billionaire on the Run: Love, Passion, Intrigue, and Secrets in Fast-ForwardSo, why am I sharing my thoughts on 'Office Love'?
I wanted to give my honest take on the show after watching the first 8 episodes. Each one is 40 minutes long, and while the first one had some momentum, it quickly lost steam.
The story is pretty straightforward: Mateo and Graciela both want to run the company, so they split the office staff into two teams. One team will be led by Mateo, and the other by Graciela.

I was expecting more from 'Office Love', but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. The show's okay, with some humor, but a lot of the jokes and the characters' actions feel clichéd.
The office staff was more entertaining: some needed almond milk, others a coworker's fridge. And of course, the drama, intrigue, and friendships.
One thing that did stand out was the soundtrack - it's catchy and adds to the show's positive vibes.
However, the show gets old fast, and I found myself checking the time more often than I'd like.
I think 'Office Love' would've been more successful if it were shot in vertical format. It would've added a fresh spin to the show and made it more engaging.
Overall, 'Office Love' is a decent show, but it doesn't quite live up to its potential. If you're a fan of office romances, you might enjoy it, but for me, it was just okay.
Until next time!
I have to say, the design of this thing really grew on me. The more I used it, the more I appreciated the way the buttons fit snugly in my hand. It's a great feeling, knowing that I'm not going to have to worry about it breaking anytime soon. The picture above shows it in action, and I think it's a great representation of what it's like to use this product. I've had it for a while now, and I'm still impressed with the value for money I got.
