I've gotta say, Neuromultivit is one of my go-to meds among neurologists. I've been prescribed it multiple times for my cervical osteochondrosis, but every time, my doctors recommended it in injectable form, not tablets. I decided to try it in tablet form instead.
So, in this review, I'll share my impressions of Neuromultivit tablets.

COMPOSITION
Neuromultivit is a vitamin complex consisting of 3 types of B vitamins.
1 tab.
pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6) - 200 mg
thiamine hydrochloride (vit. B1) - 100 mg
cyanocobalamin (vit. B12) - 0.2 mg
Benefits of Vitamin B Group
Vitamins in the B group have a positive effect on inflammatory and degenerative nerve and motor diseases. They improve blood circulation and work on the nervous system.
Benefits of Pyridoxine
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) is essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. In its phosphorylated form, it serves as a coenzyme in the metabolism of amino acids (including decarboxylation and transamination). It acts as a coenzyme for key enzymes in nerve tissues. It participates in the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters like dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline, histamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Benefits of Thiamine
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is converted into coenzyme in the human body through phosphorylation processes. It plays a crucial role in carbohydrate, protein, and fat metabolism. It actively participates in the conduction of nerve impulses in synapses.
Benefits of Cyanocobalamin
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) is necessary for normal blood formation and erythrocyte maturation, as well as for various biochemical reactions ensuring the organism's vital activity (in the transfer of methyl groups, in the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, in the exchange of amino acids, carbohydrates, and lipids). It affects processes in the nervous system (synthesis of nucleic acids) and the lipid composition of cerebrosides and phospholipids. Coenzyme forms of cyanocobalamin – methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin – are necessary for cell replication and growth.

Indications for Use
The indications for Neuromultivite are numerous, but they're all related to neurological disorders.
I've been dealing with various types of neuropathies, including diabetic, alcohol-induced, and intercostal neuralgia. I've also experienced trigeminal neuralgia, root compression caused by spinal degeneration, cervical syndrome, shoulder and upper back pain, and lower back pain.

My Experience with the Product
The Neuromultivit multivitamin comes in blister packs with 10 tablets in each.

The tablets are a medium size and white in color, with no unpleasant taste or smell, making them easy to swallow.
I take them after meals with a small amount of water.

As the name suggests, this multivitamin has a positive effect on the nervous system, which is essential for people with cervical osteochondrosis, as it puts pressure on nerve endings. I'm a bit of a worrier, and these calming tablets always come in handy for me.
I don't know why, but neurologists prescribe Neurovit in injections.
After my first injection in the buttocks, I was left with one question: 'Do neurologists give themselves Neurovit injections?' It's not just painful, it's excruciatingly painful. I thought I'd experienced the worst pain with cefazolin antibiotics, but I was wrong.
Interestingly, there's a more affordable Russian alternative, Combilipen, which contains lidocaine and is less painful. However, doctors insist on prescribing Neurovit, and in injections, no less.

I was on a long course of treatment and got injections of alflutop and mexitol, followed by a course of actovegin injections, and I thought to myself, 'I just can't handle another neuromultivit in my system.'
So, I decided to swap them out for tablets myself.

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet, taken 3 times a day.
I initially thought I'd take the maximum dose - one in the morning, one at lunch, and one in the evening - but I soon realized my whole body was itching, even though I'm not allergic to anything and it's rare for me to react to meds like that.
But, thankfully, no hives showed up.
Neuromultivit has very few contraindications, but sensitivity to the drug is definitely one of them.
children (the effectiveness and safety of the drug have not been studied);
increased sensitivity to the drug's components.

And, interestingly, allergic reactions are also listed as a side effect.
In rare cases: nausea, tachycardia, skin reactions like itching and hives.
The drug is generally well-tolerated.
So, I ended up reducing my dosage to twice a day and started taking an antihistamine called cetirizine.
I noticed the 'itching' has completely gone away.
Other than that, I don't have any complaints about this medication.
On the effectiveness of Neurovit.
I didn't have any neck pain, but since I have two intervertebral hernias, I get frequent headaches and blood pressure fluctuations. I do daily exercises according to Shishonin, but that's not enough for me to feel normal.
Neurovit is always prescribed to me by neurologists as part of a complex treatment. I don't remember them ever prescribing just these vitamins. More often, they prescribe chondroprotectors like alflutop, or in this case, vascular medications like aclovat and tolperison.
I read that Neurovit has a positive effect on hair growth, nail growth, and skin health. Honestly, I didn't notice any significant improvements while taking it.
However, Neurovit did have a positive impact on my nervous system, and it wasn't immediate - it took around 10 days to notice the effects.
Before this, I tried everything - afobazol, tenoten, valerian, glycerin, and even prescription medications like fenciton and granadaxin. None of those worked for me, but Neurovit is the first one that's actually made a difference in my emotional and psychological well-being.
I think the tablets work better for me than injections, but it might be because the pain from the injections actually makes me more anxious and fearful of the next shot.
I'd rate Neurovit as an effective vitamin complex, especially for nervous system health.
While it won't cure my cervical osteochondrosis, it does make life easier when taken with other medications.
In my case, it caused an allergic reaction, but with cetirizine, the itching went away.
The only downside is the price, but as they say, health comes first.
The pros:
I found it's super effective when used as part of a complete regimen. It's got a pretty low risk profile. It's a vitamin. The fact that it comes in tablet form is a major plus - no more shots! The not-so-great:
The price is a major drawback.I had a nasty allergic reaction.
