Hello everyone! I'm excited to share my experience with an affordable and effective find from Magnit-Kosmetiks - NaNi's baby wet wipes with cotton. The Russian manufacturer behind these wipes truly knows what they're doing.
NaNi Baby Wet Wipes with CottonThese wet wipes stand out because they're just as good as high-end brands like Pampers, suitable from birth onwards. In fact, they remind me of the budget-friendly, high-quality wet wipes I reviewed earlier, but even cheaper.
KEY DETAILS
Brand: NaNi.
Manufacturer-Country: OAO "Zet Technologii" Russia. They're made in Chekhov, Moscow Region, and it shows in the quality.
Quantity per pack: 72 pieces. That's a lot of wipes for the price!
Price: 79 rubles with a discount. I think that's a steal!
What the manufacturer has to say:
Baby care cosmetic product for newborns and infants: NaNi's wet wipes with cotton are designed for gentle skin care. The natural cleansing complex helps maintain the skin's natural pH balance, providing maximum protection.
And guess what - the manufacturer's promises about the product's effects are 100% true!
Now, let's take a look at the ingredients.
Material composition:
Non-woven material.
It's incredibly soft and yet durable, making it super comfortable to use. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after trying them out, I was impressed.
Lotion composition, as shown in Russian and English:
I was a bit concerned about some of the ingredients in this product, so I reached out to my go-to Eco-Guru for some insight on its naturalness.
Fortunately, most of the ingredients in this lotion are natural, which is a big plus in my book.
According to the analysis of the lotion's composition, there are two non-natural (synthetic) components: the first one is Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride (Quaternium-12), a synthetic ingredient that's a quaternary ammonium compound, used as an antistatic agent, conditioner, and antiseptic.
The potential danger here is the possibility of an allergic reaction or skin irritation, so I would advise caution if you have sensitive skin.
The second synthetic component is Disodium EDTA.
This is an anti-oxidant and a chelating agent that increases foam formation and enhances the effectiveness of preservatives.
It can increase skin permeability and may cause skin irritation, although it has a relatively low toxicity level.
These components are present in moderate quantities, and the fragrance is at the bottom of the list.
The manufacturer is being honest, warning users to stop using the product if they experience any sensitivity to the ingredients, but they're being a bit misleading by labeling it as a natural cleansing complex.
At the moment, among kids' brands, it's challenging to find wet wipes with a composition as close to natural as this one. For older babies, these wipes are perfect, but for newborns, I'd still recommend sticking to plain water with some natural herbs like chamomile.
In my opinion, if you're prone to allergic reactions, it's best to avoid these allergenic components altogether.
EXTERNAL APPEARANCE AND PACKAGING
The cloth wipes come in a super cute packaging with a soft design, featuring a little monkey on the side who's somehow sleeping upright, or maybe just shutting his eyes and smiling.

The wipes are well-moisturized, fully saturated, and just right - I remember being disappointed with another brand's packaging with inadequate moisturization.
SCENT
I'm really sensitive to strong scents, and I hate when they're overpowering. Thankfully, these wet wipes are super gentle and subtle. The packaging is also adorable, and it fits with the tone of the product. I've had bad experiences with harsh smells in the past, especially when it comes to baby care.
THE VERDICT
I used these wet wipes for baby care and occasionally for household tasks. I was worried they might cause irritation or allergic reactions, but that wasn't the case. I even used them to wipe my son's face and clean up nasal discharge when I didn't have any other options. I was relieved to see that his skin didn't react negatively. These wipes have amazing cleaning properties.
A HAPPENSTANCE TEST
I accidentally spilled Protargol on my computer chair, and I had to test how well these wipes would work. I added some crayons to the mix, just for kicks. The result is on the photo below (from top to bottom, by the way). The outcome? A sparkling clean surface with just one wipe:
NaNi Baby Wet WipesI'm thoroughly impressed with these NaNi baby wet wipes, and I highly recommend them for baby care.
I'd give these wet wipes a solid 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!
