Hello readers of my review!

Although I'm already over 30, I still enjoy decorating our Christmas tree with great enthusiasm.

I adore Soviet-era Christmas ornaments, but unfortunately, nothing from that period has been preserved in my family. What a shame! I don't like collecting old things; I'd happily get rid of them. But an old trunk with Christmas ornaments would have brought me immense joy.

This year, items like these have become quite expensive. On Avito and marketplaces, old Soviet ornaments are selling for exorbitant prices, even with scratches and faded paint...

So, I have to buy modern ones in a 'retro' style. My collection is small, and I gradually add to it each year. I love ornaments in the shape of various figurines, not just balls, bells, or pinecones.

My favorite ornaments come from Fix Price store. They have a line of ornaments called 'Retro,' and I think they're excellent for their price.

Characters from different fairy tales are my favorite. This year, I bought the Princess Frog.

Figurines in the shape of fruits were also very popular in Soviet times.

I also love these clocks. They show 11:55. Such clocks became popular after the release of the film 'Carnival Night.' It's my favorite New Year's movie.

I have two ornaments from the Klin Factory, 'Christmas Tree.' They're characters from fairy tales.

They're high-quality, but the price for ornaments from this manufacturer is steep...

These ornaments were bought in different years, and they're probably around 10-15 years old.

I prefer glass ornaments, but there are exceptions.

These ones are made of plastic and were bought in Lenta 8 years ago. The quality isn't great, but I liked them at the time.

This is the 'Stroller' ornament, although it's not of great quality, it holds a lot of meaning for me. It symbolizes a significant event in our family - the time we found out we'd become parents, just a few days before New Year's.

This is probably the oldest ornament in my collection. My friend gave it to me around 2007 or 2008. It's almost 20 years old, and it's from IKEA. It's interesting, as it doesn't resemble their current style.

I hope my small collection will continue to grow and bring joy each year!
