Specifications
Hello everyone!
I recently got my hands on a new makeup product that's totally unique - the Tint Luminator, specifically the Show Glow Carat from BelorDesign.
As soon as I saw this shiny tube, I knew I had to buy it. I chose the lightest shade with a silver finish, which I'll be referring to as Tone 01.
I wasn't entirely sure how to use it at first, but I'll get into that in my review.
I already have two highlighters that I use in my makeup routine, so why did I need a third? But life without a Tint Luminator would be pretty dull!

PACKAGING - a small plastic tube.
The cap is metallic and screw-off.
The dosing nozzle is super thin.
There's a sticker on the tube with product info.
The design is eye-catching - I couldn't look away. There's a lot of shine, but they've included a transparent window so you can check the color without opening the tube.
CONSISTENCY is great, just as promised - it's creamy, super light and airy, spreads easily at first but dries super fast, almost instantly.
SCENT is there if you sniff it, but it's not super noticeable, especially when the tint is on your skin. During wear, you can't even smell it.
APPLICATION - this is where things get tricky.
I was so excited at first that I started applying this tint with my fingers. Big mistake. It spreads and sets quickly, becoming super sticky and forming streaks because you can't blend it out with your fingers.
Initially, I ended up with a mess of shiny streaks. But then it hit me - I needed to use a sponger and apply a tiny amount.
And that's when things started to fall into place.
I have to admit, I struggled to get the hang of how much to use at first. I'd overdo it, then be left with a face that was way too sparkly.
But after some trial and error, I've found a balance and now I'm able to apply it with a sponge and blend it out, all while trying to feather it out around my edges so there aren't any harsh lines between the sparkly areas and the ones that aren't.
You can mix it with a toner, but then your whole face will have a subtle glow. I'm going for a more dramatic highlight, though.
So, I apply the toner first, then this highlighter.
TONE 01 - silver - is perfect for cool-toned skin, giving off a cool glow without looking too silver. There's a hint of yellow pigment in there, but it looks amazing. It's ideal for light-skinned girls.
The level of highlight depends on how much you apply. With a light hand, it's almost invisible and you can wear it on a daily basis.
When I add a second layer or apply it thick, the glow is seriously noticeable.
This stuff is super smooth and pretty. It really makes a difference in your makeup, even if it's not a full-on glam look.
It looks amazing in the light, but only if you apply two layers. Otherwise, it just gives your skin a nice, natural glow. My skin looks healthy and radiant.
The only downside is that this stuff dries super fast, and once it's set, you're stuck with it. So, you have to be quick. I applied it, and that's it – it's not going anywhere.
How it feels on my skin. I was worried that since it's a tint, it would feel like a sticky film, but it doesn't. It looks and feels like a dry highlighter.
It gives my skin a smooth, even finish without any graininess or accentuating my dry skin texture.
Build Quality - this stuff is amazing, it doesn't leave any residue on my clothes, it doesn't flake off, and it doesn't wash away. That's what I call a highlighter!

Removal - it comes off just like regular makeup, whether I use a micellar water or a hydrating oil. No issues at all.
Value for Money - we're talking 11 grams here, which is pretty lightweight, but it's also super concentrated, so I think I can get away with using it for a good six months, considering I don't highlight my hair every day.

The Verdict. This is definitely an unusual product, and I'm really intrigued by it. But you do need to find the right technique to apply it properly, or it can look a bit messy.
I have to admit, it's a lot harder to use than a regular highlighter, but the shade and the finish are just so gorgeous that I'm willing to put in the extra effort. Even I'm not tempted to lower my rating.
