Hello everyone!
I'm super stoked to share my thoughts on my latest holiday purchase - the 3G generation's Clodagh Wolf doll from the 'Pajama Party' series.
I fell head over heels for this doll as soon as the 3G generation dropped, and I've been eyeing it ever since. The only problem was, it was a bit pricey.
I managed to snag it on sale at Wildberry for around $3000, which is still a bit steep, but way better than the original price of $5000-$6000.
The doll comes in a big, beautiful box with a scene from the movie on the back.
There are tons of accessories included, and they're all super realistic.
However, when I tried to remove the doll from the box, I was a bit worried that it would get damaged - the plastic clips holding it in place are super secure. It took me a few tries to get it out, but the excitement of having this doll made it all worth it!
Clodagh is just adorable - her facial expression and details are really well-done.
The hair did take some time to style, as it got tangled when I was trying to remove it from the box.
But once I managed to detangle it, the hair is super long and lush, with a great texture.
One thing I noticed is that the new dolls have slightly stiffer hair than before, but it's still manageable.
With a bit of styling and gentle play, the hair looks great.
I'm really impressed with the clothes - the fur coat, the t-shirt, the pants with the crescent moon design, and the monster-themed slippers.
The only downside is that you have to remove the paw to take off the coat, but it's not a big deal.
The left arm's hinge is a bit loose, but it's not a major issue.
The hands and head are made of soft rubber, and the body is plastic.
The joints are smooth and don't feel loose.
I'm really loving the accessories - the pet, which is a little dog or wolf, is made of purple plastic, and there's a pizza with a box, a thermos, a sleep mask, and a pillow.
The pillow even glows in the dark!
Putting the sleep mask on Clodagh was a bit tricky, but I prefer her without it.
I'm absolutely thrilled with this beautiful, soft, and cozy Clodagh - it's definitely a great addition to my collection.
