I picked up the dress for 800 rubles, and while I didn't expect luxury quality, it's actually decent. There are a couple of loose threads and some minor defects, but nothing major. My daughter is 134 cm tall, but I bought the dress in a 146 cm size, and it looks like this:

I think the size chart is accurate. The waist of the dress is also large by 15 centimeters, but it's not really noticeable unless you look at it from the side. It looks like her tummy is bulging, but it's actually just the seam of the dress and the start of the skirt.

The dress is made of polyester, and the lining is a thin cotton. The hem of the dress isn't hemmed, but the mesh doesn't unravel, and the sequins are well-sewn and don't fall off. I washed the dress by hand, and during the wash, only 5 sequins came loose.
