- The packaging is sleek and modern, which initially made me think it was a high-quality product.
- The 60 capsules in a pack do last a decent amount of time.
- The price point of $20 for 60 capsules isn't outrageous.
- The ingredients list does seem to include some good stuff, like Indole-3-Carbinol, which targets specific issues I have.
- The tablets themselves are easy to swallow.
- I did notice that the supplement did change the color of my urine to a weird greenish hue, but that's about it.

A Harsh Reality Check: Why You Should Avoid Miomin Complete at All Costs
Hello everyone!
I'm not going to sugarcoat it – my experience with Miomin Complete has left me with some serious concerns. I've got a medical history that makes me more prone to certain issues, like fibroadenomas and endometriosis. My mom's mammologist prescribed me the supplement, so I did some research to figure out if it was worth the cost – the 60 capsules in Belarus typically cost around $20.
I read the rave reviews and saw the promises about Indole-3-Carbinol, which seemed to target my specific issues. I talked to my gynecologist, and we decided to give it a try. I'm not one to take supplements without my doctor's approval and preliminary tests, unless it's something basic like omega, magnesium, or vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS:
I took two tablets twice a day, so the pack of 60 capsules for $20 would last me 15 days. But it didn't take long to realize there was a problem.
The smell was the first thing that hit me.
I'm talking a strong, pungent smell that's hard to ignore. It's like nothing I've ever experienced before. The packaging claimed it was a natural supplement, but the smell was overpowering – like something you'd find in a chemical lab.
What really surprised me was that my mom's tablets didn't have the same smell. That made me wonder if the manufacturing process or the proportions of the ingredients were off.
I searched online and reached out to the manufacturer, who were based in Thailand. To my surprise, I got a response the next day. They recommended I contact the import organization in Belarus, which was listed on the packaging.
I included a screenshot of the email I sent to them.
I attached a few photos of the packaging and a note with my address and phone number.
But the response I got was complete silence. I sent that email on October 11th, 2020.
That's when I started to wonder – are they selling fake or placebo supplements? Or maybe it's just some kind of petroleum-based product?
My mom was taking these stinky tablets, and I was starting to think she had COVID and couldn't smell anything. Because it's literally impossible not to notice the smell.
I took this awful supplement for 12 days, twice a day, and what did it do for me?
It cleaned out my wallet.
It triggered a vomiting reflex every time with its disgusting smell.
It gave me a nasty case of dysbiosis, bloating, and green-tinged urine.
The manufacturer clearly doesn't care about their customers. No trust in companies like that.
The only effect I felt was nausea and cramps.
I do not recommend Miomin Complete because it's made by a licensed manufacturer. Maybe the original product is effective and doesn't have any side effects. But when the same product has different smells and effects, it's a major red flag.
(Thanks to Linex for restoring my gut health. And I hope this Miomin didn't do too much damage to my health).
The decision is up to you – whether to take it or not. My job is just to share my experience.
Thanks for reading, take care of yourself and your health! Stick to verified meds, folks!
