I stumbled upon a scene from Million Little Things on TikTok, and it completely hooked me. I started watching it a month ago, and I couldn't stop. At first, it was tough to get through each episode - I found myself crying over every single one, especially after watching 5-6 of them. The show's central theme is about how friends cope with the loss of one of their own, and it really resonated with me.
Genre: Drama, Melodrama, ComedyCountry: USADirectors: Silver Tree, Daisy von Scherler Mayer, Robert Duncan McNeill, Chris Koch, Amy K. Kanawyer, and othersMusic: Gabriel MannDescription: After the sudden death of a close friend, the group decides to make significant changes in their lives.
I loved how each character is developed, not just the main ones. Everyone's got their struggles, and the show doesn't shy away from depicting the not-so-happy events. This series has become an inspiration to me - it shows how to deal with life's situations, how to be there for your loved ones, and how to help others. It's truly a game-changer!
My only gripe is the third season. Firstly, it deals with the pandemic, and it's not exactly pleasant to relive those memories. Secondly, the new characters, plotlines, and even countries aren't as engaging as I thought they'd be. Lastly, the voice acting has changed slightly, which took some getting used to.
I highly recommend Million Little Things - it's left me in awe, and I'm giving it a 5-star rating. The show's ability to balance humor and drama is impressive, and it's a great example of how to tackle tough subjects. If you're looking for a series that will keep you invested, look no further.
Check out my reviews of other shows:
1. I'm not a big fan of Netflix, but these episodes were an exception. The ending was so unexpected that I watched the final episode with my mouth wide open in surprise! 2. I was left in a state of shock at the end of this series. It's a children's movie, but it deals with some mature themes... 3. What can you achieve if you really set your mind to it? Is there anything that's impossible in this world? This film's central theme really resonated with me...
