I recently went to the Moscow Art Theater to see a breathtaking production of Bayaderka – I'm still short of words to describe its beauty. I absolutely loved it! I'll definitely go back, it's truly something special!
I often go to the theater without a specific reason, but this time I was celebrating a special occasion. I wanted to make it a special night – theater, dinner, dancing, and a stroll around Moscow at night: it was a perfect evening.
But Luxvisage had other plans. I'm generally a big fan of this Belarusian brand's cosmetics – you can get a fantastic product for a steal. However, this lip tint is a complete letdown!
Meet the culprit behind my disappointment!
Lip Tint by Luxvisage with Hyaluronic Complex ReviewsIt literally ruined my celebration! I wanted to look great,
but ended up looking like myself – not exactly what I had in mind!
The tint is visible from a distance – and, guess what, the shade doesn't even suit me! Ah, if only that...
Left: Lip Tint by Luxvisage with Hyaluronic Complex ReviewsIt's been years since I've had such a disappointing lip product... I didn't expect such trouble from Luxvisage. Below, I'll go into more detail and show you exactly what went wrong (pretty much everything).xa0
General Information
Full name - LUXVISAGE Lip Tint with hyaluronic complex.Country of origin - Belarus.Price and place of purchase - Smiling Rainbow, 345 roubles.Tone 03, shade Deep Ruby, Deep Ruby.I was expecting a rich, ruby red color, but it's nowhere near that.
Volume - 3.4 g.Given the minimal consumption, I thought this lip tint could last me a year or even longer.
Description (taken from the Golden Apple website).
Lip tint enhances the natural lip color and gives them a natural, matte finish. High pigment concentration ensures durability and the ability to adjust the color intensity.
The gel-like texture absorbs quickly into the skin without any stickiness or discomfort. It doesn't leave any residue from touching and is resistant to kisses.
The hyaluronic complex in the formula provides three-dimensional hydration, making the lips smooth and elastic.
Packaging. The appearance of LUXVISAGE lip tint with hyaluronic complex.
It comes without individual packaging. In my case, there was a protective casing, so I was confident that no curious fingers would be poking around in my lip tint.
The compact bottle looks nice: simple, yet pleasing to the eye. I like that the transparent body allows me to easily monitor how much product is left and when it's time to buy a new one...
Luxvijazz Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews I've got to say, this lip tint is tiny, but it's super comfy to hold in my hand. It even fits in my smaller purses, which is a bonus. Luxvijazz Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews The cap is a breeze to remove: it twists off tightly, so the tint doesn't leak out, even when I'm carrying it around in my bag all day. Luxvijazz Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews The applicator is a bit too wide, so I end up getting too much product on the first go. If you've got fuller lips, this might work for you, but for me, it's a bit too much.
Luxvijazz Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews So, you've got to be careful not to get it all over the place.
Tint for Lips LuxVizage with Hyaluronic Complex ReviewsI've got to say, the sticker with the main info is pretty small - the font is tiny, to be honest. But fair enough, there's not a lot of space on the sticker, anyway.
Tint for Lips LuxVizage with Hyaluronic Complex ReviewsThe brush is the standard type for LuxVizage cosmetics. I've got a few lip glosses, lipsticks, and tints from this brand, and they're all pretty similar.
I really like the small size, the comfortable shape, and the soft material.
What is this, felt? The bristles are great - they don't stick out, don't poke you in the face, and don't irritate your skin when you're applying the tint.

The sensory characteristics of LuxVizage Tint for Lips with Hyaluronic Complex.
SHADE.
Shade 03, Deep Ruby.I didn't have a tester in the store, so I just picked one at random. In the fall, I, like many others, want to dive into the world of burgundy and cherry shades, with a hint of marsala.
Tint for Lips Luxvisage with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews But that's not exactly what I expected from this so-called deep ruby. I'm curious, Luxvisage, when was the last time you saw rubins? They're not exactly what I had in mind) At first, the shade looked like a light, watercolor cherry, and then it smoothly transitioned into something more lilac and reminiscent of plum.
Tint for Lips Luxvisage with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews Now, let me show you!
I just applied it... Took a photo with neutral artificial lighting.
I applied it on the right in one layer, and on the left (closer to me) in multiple layers. As you can see, the first option looks more delicate and watercolor-like, while the second one is more intense and vibrant.
LuxVisage Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex reviews Here's the same thing, but with a flash! LuxVisage Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex reviews I've got to say, this lip tint is a total non-starter. When I say 'non-starter,' I mean it's literally not doing anything. Even after 10 minutes, it still had a glossy finish in some areas, and it was super sticky. I managed to get rid of the excess by blotting my lips with a tissue. In the end, I was left with a completely matte tone. LuxVisage Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex reviews Whoever thought this was a good idea to call it a 'ruby' shade needs to take a closer look. Even if a real ruby had been sitting in the desert for 100 years, covered in sand, it wouldn't be as dull and lackluster as this... thing. I don't have a close-up photo, but you can see the color from afar. To be honest, I don't think it suits me at all. There are way better options out there for my skin tone... I guess I just struck out on this one.
LuxVisage Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex reviews CONSISTENCY.
Consistency is supposed to be one of the key features of this lip tint, but...
gel-like,I've gotta admit, I'm not a huge fan of gels, but this one is super easy to apply to my lips. It's basically a liquid, semi-thick substance that feels almost like water.
It sets quickly, but it's got some weird texture issues - it's either super thick or super thin, like
all over the place. It really accentuates the tiny details of my skin. Like, on my hands, I've got super soft, smooth skin on the inside... and after this tint dried, it highlighted the texture I never even knew was there...
Tint for Lips Luxevisage with Hyaluronic Complex reviewsThe color literally sinks into my skin, and it's a real pain to get it out...
I went to the theater and had a cup of coffee and a pastry - the tint easily transferred to the cup, and the color on my lips didn't even budge.
Tint for Lips Luxevisage with Hyaluronic Complex reviewsSCENT.
The scent is way too sweet for me - I'm not a fan of Luxevisage's fragrance in their lip products, to be honest. It's like a mix of Orbit gum, roses, and strawberries... it's sweet and cloying, but it does fade quickly.

The worst part...
I'm an allergy sufferer, as I love to say, with a long history of it. But I hadn't had any major issues with cosmetics for a while now... Not until I tried LuxVizage, a tested brand. I didn't see this coming!
Take a look for yourself...
Top photo - just applied. I started feeling this weird tingling sensation right away, but I didn't think much of it. My skin also got super dry immediately. The tint wouldn't set, and for about 30-40 minutes, my lips were stuck together in the most unpleasant way...
After an hour and a half, my lips were on fire. I was at the theater watching a ballet and couldn't leave, and I had no idea what to do. Instead of enjoying the show, I was constantly thinking:
What's going on with my face? My poor lips!
It felt like they had swollen to the size where I'd have to walk sideways through the door. Even spicy food doesn't cause this kind of reaction! It was physically painful for my lips. The second photo, taken during the intermission, shows the red and pink spots I marked with arrows. They got worse, and then, when I applied some oil and tried to wipe it off, things started to improve, and the spots began to fade.
As you can see, my lips are slightly puffy. It was way worse than that, though... I thought they'd swollen all over my face, but it was just visually tolerable, while my skin was on fire. It even hurt to lightly touch my lips with my fingertips...
And here's the third photo at the bottom - that's me taking a photo on my way out of the theater... The uneven color, the rough finish, the emphasized texture, and the contour said it all:
Goodbye, LuxVizage! Luxurious Lip Tint with Hyaluronic Complex Reviews I was blown away by how long the color lasted - even after it faded, my lips were still feeling the heat for a full day! I swear, I applied it so much, I thought I was going crazy...
Not only did the color look terrible and uneven, but it was just a total bummer for a night out at the theater... I mean, who wants to look like that in public?
Overall, this lip tint was a major buzzkill for me.
The nitty-gritty on application - might just help you tame this lip tint.
For a natural look, dot a few drops of the lip tint onto your lips using the applicator and immediately blend with your fingertips or a small brush. Build up the color by letting each layer dry before adding more.
For a more intense, saturated color, apply the lip tint evenly all over your lips using the applicator. For a 'kissed' look, apply the lip tint along the Cupid's bow and gently blend towards the edges. For a natural-looking flush, apply a few drops of the lip tint to the apples of your cheeks and blend with light, circular motions. I applied it using the applicator, following the first method. Now, looking back, it's pretty funny - I was worried about what would happen if I applied it to my cheeks instead of just my lips...

So, the verdict is...
This tint has a few redeeming qualities.
It's pretty affordable. The design is nice.It spreads easily on my lips. The color in the bottle looks luxurious. It's super long-lasting.But the downsides far outweigh the upsides!
The smell is overpowering and sweet. It settles into fine lines and wrinkles, accentuating every tiny detail of my skin that I never even knew existed. The color looks dull and dirty in real life - what's up with the rubies, LuxVizage? My lips were on fire, burning and throbbing, and the area around my mouth broke out in blotches. The burning didn't subside for a whole day!Getting it off my skin is a nightmare. It dries out and stretches my lips.
Who might this be suitable for?
Maybe girls with plump, perfect, well-nourished lips without any texture should give it a shot.

My verdict.
I was absolutely not a fan of this lip tint. I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the great reviews. I guess we're all just different... This lip tint ruined my celebration! I loved the ballet "La Bayadère" - it's pure magic and enchantment... But I was constantly distracted, unsure of what to do with my lips... They literally hurt and ached the whole time, and I couldn't fully enjoy the amazing performance... MAMT gets a solid 5 stars, LuxVizage - zero.
There are plenty of other great, worthy, and even fantastic lip products in the same price range.
I wouldn't recommend this mess.
