Hello everyone!
When it comes to lip balms, I'm always on the lookout for something that's both moisturizing and has some decorative qualities. I've had my eyes on LuxVisage's lip balm series for a while now, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on their Lip Tint Tint & Care PH formula.
I've already tried their Lip Balm Luxvisage "Care and Shine", and I was impressed by its moisturizing properties. But this time, I wanted to try something with a bit more color.
I ordered the LuxVisage Tint & Care PH formula "Color and Moisturizing" on WB, and it cost me 170 rubles. The product code is 179119640.
LuxVisage offers this lip tint in two shades – peach and pink. I went for the pink one, which I think suits me perfectly.
The packaging is pretty basic, but I've learned that just because something's not expensive doesn't mean it's not effective. The usual packaging for lip balms in this price range is used here. The color scheme is a bit too sweet and pink for my taste, but I guess that's just part of the brand's aesthetic.

LuxVisage Tint & Care PH formula: A Tinted Balm for Moisturized LipsThe Formula. What caught my eye is the presence of chamomile extract, natural oils, and lanolin. These are key ingredients that help take care of your lip skin, because let's face it - the primary job of a balm is to moisturize, nourish, and protect. The formula is also free from harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances, which is a big plus in my book.Rici nas Communis Seed Oil, Isocetyl Stearoyl Stearate, Cera Microcristallina; Isodecyl Neopentanoate, Cera Alba, Octyldodecanol; Cetearyl Alcohol, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil; Petrolatum, Trihydroxystearin, Lanolin, Stearyl Stearate, Paraffin; Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil; Caprylyl Glycol, Cetyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol; Tocopheryl Acetate, PEG-8, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ascorbic Acid; Citric Acid, Diethylhexyl Syringylidenemalonate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride; Propylparaben, Benzyl Alcohol, Parfum, Limonene, +/- [CI 15850; CI 19140, CI 45380, CI 45410, CI 77891].

The texture is creamy, not too greasy, and melts into your lips. It's super easy to apply and glides on smoothly. I'm glad there are no shimmer particles or any other additives in the formula.
The aroma is pleasant, reminiscent of bubble gum. But don't worry, it's not overpowering and barely noticeable when you're wearing it.
LuxVisage Tint & Care PH formula - a balm tint for lips that combines color and moisturizationAs you can see, the intensity of the color depends on the number of layers you apply and your skin's pH level. I've found that the more layers I use, the more noticeable the balm tint is on my lips. The color develops over time, becoming more vibrant and intense as it sets. If I swipe away the balm, the pink tint stays behind - it's not overpowering, just a gentle wash of color. It lasts on my lips for a good three hours.
LuxVisage Tint & Care PH formula: A Tinted Balm for Dry Lips
I've got dry, flaky lips with some noticeable wrinkles and a scar. I'm not complaining, though - it's just a fact. When I took photos for this review, my lips were feeling dry and tight.
Before
What I want to mention is that at first, I can feel the balm on my lips. But once it sets, it becomes completely unnoticeable - like it's not even there. It's neither sticky nor greasy.LuxVisage's tinted balm instantly relieves dry, tight lips, leaving them feeling comfortable and smooth. It does an amazing job of evening out my lip texture (all those wrinkles and bumps), without accentuating any flaws. Instead, it makes them look more defined and healthy. The balm doesn't bleed, feather into fine lines, or ooze beyond my lip edges. I'm struggling to think of any other downsides - there just aren't any.
LuxVisage Tint & Care PH formula: a tint and moisturizing balm for lips
I'm loving the soft pink shade that shows up on my lips. It looks natural and effortless, just like I like it. The glossy finish wears off relatively quickly when I'm eating, drinking, or chatting, but the pink tint remains, which is exactly what I'd expect from a tinted balm.
I also appreciate that after the balm wears off, my lips don't get all shriveled up like they do with some other popular balms, like L'oreal and Love Generation.

I have to say, I'm even more impressed with the LuxVisage tinted balm than I was with the LuxVisage moisturizing balm. Although I love both products and alternate between them.
The verdict.

I was pretty satisfied with the overall experience, and I think it's worth saying that the return process was super easy. I was a bit worried about sending it back, but the instructions were clear and the packaging was all ready to go. The whole thing took less than a week, which was nice.
