cancelCons
- The applicator could be a bit more precise, as it can be tricky to get an even coat.
- The scent is a bit overpowering, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.
- The tube could be a bit longer, as it runs out pretty quickly.
- Some of the shades may not be as long-lasting as I'd like, but that's a minor complaint.
- The color range could be a bit more extensive, but I'm sure Love Generation will expand their offerings soon.

Editor's Summary
I'm a total lip gloss fanatic, and I'm stoked to share my thoughts on the Icy-Spicy Lip Gloss from Love Generation. I've got two shades to show you, and I gotta say, they're both winners in their own way. But, which one will reign supreme? Let's dive in and find out!
Specifications
I'm totally obsessed with lip glosses and I'm excited to share my thoughts on two shades of the Icy-Spicy Lip Gloss from Love Generation.
Full name - Icy-Spicy Lip Gloss from Love Generation
Volume – 5 ml
Country of origin – China
Price – 200-400 rubles, depending on the promotion
Packaging:
The gloss is in a long tube made of soft plastic.
There are 6 shades in the line - 3 cooling and 3 warming. So, the tube of cooling glosses has a minty color, while the warming ones have a pink color.
The tube itself isn't super small - I think it's designed for a volume of more than 10 ml (by the way, that's exactly the volume of the Rhode balm, which the manufacturer probably drew inspiration from). In reality, the Love Generation gloss has only 5 ml, so it creates the impression that the product is half-empty. But 5 ml is a standard volume for a lip gloss, so I'm not complaining, it's just the tube size that's misleading. There's a sticker on the packaging with information about the product that also served as a seal to prevent the product from being opened.
I'm glad that the gloss shade is indicated not only on the sticker but also on the product cap.
There's also a sticker with the expiration date: Under the flip-top lid, you'll find a pretty unique-shaped plastic nozzle.
Applying lip gloss is pretty easy, but I do find it a bit annoying to have to press down quite hard on the tube to get the product out.
Shades – I've got two:
cooling 02 Cassiewarming 05 Kat
Left is 05, right is 02Texture – these lip glosses are pretty thick and dense, so they give a nice, mirror-like shine. In terms of stickiness, they don't cling to your lips, but they will stick to your hair. And, thankfully, they don't feather.
02 Cassie
I'm really liking the neutral, pinky shade. It looks great on my lips, doesn't feather into fine lines, and has a nice, vibrant color.
The lip gloss has a pretty strong menthol scent and it does leave my lips feeling cool. I find it pretty comfortable to wear.05 Kat
I'm not a huge fan of the brownish shade, but it's not too dark. If you want a more interesting look, you might want to pair it with a lip liner.
Honestly, the scent is more like cheap chocolate syrup than actual chocolate. It's noticeable, but I can live with it. Compared to Tocobo's 00 oil or Vivienne Sabo's plumpers, this one's a bit more delicate. But, I guess it's all about personal tolerance for heat and burn. I like the color of this plumper, but it's got some quirks. The pigment tends to clump up and looks less even, and the shine wants to spread beyond the edges (so it's best to wear it with a pencil).
Overall, Icy-Spicy plumper is an interesting product at a small price. I particularly liked the cooling plumper in shade 02 – it's more cooperative, doesn't clump up, and doesn't spread beyond the edges. Plus, the cooling effect is more pleasant for me than the warming one. Shade 05 is really on-trend and looks great, but it's a bit more finicky and has a noticeable burning sensation that not everyone might be willing to put up with.
