check_circlePros

  • The formula is incredibly lightweight and non-greasy, making it perfect for everyday wear.
  • The shades are gorgeous – 510 La Nuit Sparkle is a beautiful shimmery pink, and 601 Worth it is a stunning sheer coral.
  • The lip oil provides long-lasting hydration and leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth.
  • The packaging is sleek and travel-friendly, making it easy to take on-the-go.
  • The price is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and performance of the product.

cancelCons

  • The applicator can be a bit tricky to use, especially if you have smaller lips.
  • The lip oil can be a bit too shiny for some people's taste.
  • I wish there were more shades available, but I'm sure L'oréal will release more soon.
  • The lip oil doesn't provide as much color payoff as some other lip glosses or lipsticks.
  • I've noticed that the lip oil can be a bit more prone to feathering than some other lip products.

Editor's Summary

I'm obsessed with L'oréal's new Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil in shades 510 La Nuit Sparkle and 601 Worth it. This stuff is amazing – it's like a lip gloss, a lip balm, and a lip oil all in one. I've tried a few of L'oréal's lip products before, and this one has won me over. Here's why.

I'm super excited to share my thoughts on the new L'oréal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil! I'm a huge fan of L'oréal's cosmetics, especially their lip glosses and lip balms, so I couldn't resist giving this one a try.

From what I've purchased from L'oréal in the past, I really love:

✔️ L'Oréal Brilliant Signature Plump Lip Gloss

✔️ L'oréal Color Riche Lip Balm.

But, I have to admit that I wasn't a fan of the L'Oréal Paris Glow Paradise Lip Balm - it just didn't work for me.

However, this new product from L'oréal has won me over, and I ended up buying not one, but two shades, so I'm excited to share my thoughts on them!

L'oreal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil▶️ Product Details:

Product name: L'oreal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip OilManufacturer: FranceVolume: 5mlShelf life: 3 yearsColor palette: 8 shadesPrice: from 730 to 1200 roublesWhere to buy: Riv Gosh, Zolotoe Yabloko, Podruga, WB, Ozon.I picked up my two bottles from Riv Gosh with a discount, roughly around 500 roubles each.

▶️ Product Information from the Manufacturer

L'Oreal Paris presents the Plump Ambition Lip Oil.

The formula creates a 'liquid glass' effect from the very first application.

It instantly makes your lips smoother and plumper.

The color palette consists of 8 shades, which are definitely worth trying.

The lightweight texture doesn't leave any sticky feeling.

The convenient applicator- cushion ensures gentle and precise application.

Your ambitions in full bloom.

You deserve it!

▶️ Packaging

As usual with L'oréal, the product comes without a box, but it does have a security seal - a special sticker.

The bottle also has a sticker with the product's information, including the shelf life.

I've got to say, the bottle itself has a pretty understated but charming design. It's made of thick, transparent plastic, and the only real design element is the brand name in silver letters.

L'oreal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil in shade 601But the cap is where things get interesting - it's got a big, chunky logo of the brand on it. It screws on tightly, and you can't see any of the product leaking through.

L'oreal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil in shade 510Even the bottles have a serial number on them - although, weirdly, the same number is on both of the different shades I have.

There's a sticker on the bottom with the shade number and name.

I'm really liking the applicator - the manufacturer calls it a 'cushion', and it's got the perfect size and shape to help you get a precise line.

It's got a bit of texture to it, but it's still soft and springy.

You can't really see it in my photos, but the applicator's got these little massaging nodules in the middle that you can feel when you're applying the product.

The cap is a bit narrow, and it can get a bit clogged up when you're trying to get the product out.

▶️ Ingredients (if you're curious):

C18-36 Acid Triglyceride , Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2 , Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate , Polybutene , Tridecyl Trimellitate , Diisostearyl Malate , Silica Dimethyl Silylate [Nano] / Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate , Vanillin, Pentylene Glycol , Caprylyl Glycol , Menthol , Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate , Tribehenin , Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate , Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate , Calcium Sodium Borosilicate , Synthetic Fluorphlogopite , Alumina , Sorbitan Isostearate , Trihydroxystearin , Sodium Saccharin , Mentha Piperita Oil / Peppermint Oil, Silica , Magnesium Silicate , Lactic Acid , Sodium Hyaluronate , Aluminum Hydroxide , Tin Oxide , Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 , Limonene , Glucomannan, [+/- May Contain: Ci 77891 / Titanium Dioxide, Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499 / Iron Oxides, Ci 15850 / Red 7, Mica , Ci 15985 / Yellow 6 Lake, Ci 45410 / Red 28 Lake, Ci 15850 / Red 6, Ci 17200 / Red 33 Lake, Ci 45380 / Red 22 Lake, Ci 19140 / Yellow 5 Lake, Ci 42090 / Blue 1 Lake, Ci 75470 / Carmine]. (F.I.L. N70057458/1)

I was stoked to see that this lip gloss contains vanilla extract and vanilla oil, along with menthol and peppermint oil. It's also got vitamin E (tocopheryl) and hyaluronic acid.

▶️ Technical specs

I've got to say, the aroma of this lip gloss is on point - it's a perfect blend of vanilla and peppermint that's super pleasant and not at all chemically smelling. It reminds me of those Tic Tac candies.

After applying the gloss, you can feel it on your lips for a bit, but it's not overpowering.

Texture is gel-like, with a medium density that's both covering and pliable.

There's no greasiness or stickiness to this product, but it does have a light oiliness to it - which isn't surprising, given that it's called a 'gloss-oil'.

Shade 601

Shade 510▶️ My shades - 510 La Nuit Sparkle and 601 Worth It.

Two layers down ⬇️

L'oreal Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil shade 510 and 601

One layer, thinned out ⬇️

There are 8 shades in the L'oréal Plump Ambition line:101 Cristal Clear

201 Milky Nu

380 Rouge in Love

490 Berry Jolie

510 La Nuit Sparkle

601 Worth It

641 Latte Glacé

650 Nude Macaron

✔️ I really liked the 510 La Nuit Sparkle shade, it's really unique.

510 La Nuit SparkleThis shade is a chocolate-caramel color with a lot of multi-colored shimmer. It's a warm-toned shade, but not too orange.

510 La Nuit SparkleThe brown pigment is really noticeable here. In one layer, it's semi-transparent with a light gloss.

510 La Nuit SparkleIn 2-3 layers, it pretty much covers up my skin tone and the gloss becomes mirror-like.

510 La Nuit SparkleThe shimmer is made up of tiny sparkling particles in pink-peach, greenish, and golden colors. But despite the variety, the shimmer looks great and doesn't look like a mess.

510 La Nuit Sparkle

510 La Nuit SparkleBy the way, I was suddenly reminded of the famous Clarins Natural lip Perfector in shade 25. The colors are different, but they have similar shine and gloss, as well as density and pigmentation.

———————————————————————-

✔️ I'd say the 601 Worth It shade is a bit more toned down, but it's a really versatile and basic one.

601 ShadeThis is a semi-sheer, peachy-pink shade that's more of a natural, non-striking color. People say it's like 'your lips, but better'.

601 ShadeIt's got a subtle shimmer, but it's really hard to tell what color it is - I think it's either gold or silver, but there's way less of it than in the 510 shade.

601 Shade 601 ShadeI think the 601 shade is less glossy than the 510 one, but that might be because it's less pigmented and blends in with the color of my lips.

601 Shade▶️ My experience with L’oréal Plump Ambition

✔️ A little bit about my lips

They're textured (with fine lines), prone to dryness, and have leftover tattoo marks in a cool pink shade

601 Shade

✔️ I really loved using this product. It's a great hybrid of a lip gloss and lip balm, with a plumping effect.

I don't prep my lips before applying it - no need to.

The gloss has a gel-like, oily texture that glides on smoothly and evenly, making it easy to apply. The applicator is super smooth and doesn't tug on my skin.

It's great for outlining my lips, and I've gotten used to wiping off excess product with the built-in stopper.

It doesn't feather or bleed, and it stays put as long as I apply it moderately.

One thing I noticed is that the shine on my lips does fade a bit, but it's not like it accentuates the texture or anything.

I was worried that the pigment in shade 510 would cause dark streaks in the folds of my lips, but that's not the case at all.

It doesn't even form a line at the Cupid's bow.

✔️ How it looks on my lips:

🤎 Shade 510 ⬇️

Shade 510

Shade 510

Shade 510 (in 2 layers)🩷 Shade 601 ⬇️

Shade 601

Shade 601✔️ As soon as I apply the gloss, I get this weird warming sensation on my lips. It's not cold or stinging, but it's like my lips are being heated up. This lasts for around 10 minutes, which is pretty long.

I was a bit worried about the peppermint oil in the formula causing some discomfort, but I didn't experience any stinging or burning.

Instead, I felt like my lips were getting a warm, tingling sensation. It's hard to describe, but it's like my blood is flowing to my lips or something.

And then I see that my lips are looking smoother and more plump. I love this effect!

It's not super noticeable on my lips, which are already pretty smooth and plump, but I can see it working on my friends' lips.

Shade 601

Shade 510✔️ Shade 601 looks super natural and subtle on my lips. The shimmer is barely noticeable, which I love. This shade is perfect for everyday wear - it complements my look without drawing attention to itself.

With the shade 510, my face looks way more vibrant. The thing is, it doesn't look as brown on my lips with the tattoo as it does on the swatch on my hand - it's more of a pinkish undertone, but I'm still loving it.

The shimmer on my lips is way less noticeable than on the swatch, barely visible in daylight.

But when I'm in artificial lighting, the shimmer and gloss really come through - my lips look super shiny and radiant.

Shade 510✔️ The L'oréal lip gloss feels super comfortable on my lips (except for that initial burning sensation when I first apply it).

My lips feel soft, smooth, and not sticky at all.

Even if I have dry patches, the gloss does a great job of masking and then soothing them.

It's definitely taking care of my lips, hydrating them, and even giving them a bit of a nourishing boost. My lips look great for a while after applying it.

✔️ The wear time is pretty short, just like any lip gloss or lip balm. If I'm not eating or drinking, it lasts around 3-4 hours before it starts to fade and gets absorbed into my lips. It comes off cleanly, no residue left behind.

Overall, I'm really loving this new L'oréal product - I'm using it all the time and would definitely recommend it)
