I've had two terrible experiences with them, and I'm still trying to get my head around how bad it was. If you value your time, stay far away from LiteMF. I've tried to be patient, but their shipping times are consistently way off, and their support team is always making excuses. I've had to jump through hoops to get refunds and resolve issues, and it's just not worth it. I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes, but it's clear that LiteMF is not prioritizing customer satisfaction. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after two bad experiences, I'm done. Don't make the same mistake I did - LiteMF's shipping and support are a disaster waiting to happen.

I'm kicking myself for going through this twice, despite reading all the reviews, but I just didn't believe things could be that bad... and they can be!
My first order was from Germany, and I placed it a month in advance to ensure timely delivery. The shipping was fast, but the waiting game was a whole different story – it took 2 whole months! That's right, the package was sent on April 25th from Germany, but it didn't arrive in Moscow until June 23rd, and then it took another 3 days to reach my region. Their estimated delivery time for LiteMF Air is 10-14 days, but support was completely unhelpful, just spinning the same tired tale about the container getting stuck at customs, and it wasn't their fault, of course. No compensation for the completely ruined delivery time was offered, and I'm grateful they even managed to deliver it.
Unfortunately, this experience didn't teach me anything, and I kind of forgot about it, so I decided to place another order through them, this time electronics from the US. Don't make the same mistake I did – LiteMF is like a Bermuda triangle for electronics shipments. They'll happily receive your package, but sending it to you? That's not on their agenda. Trust me, they'll do everything in their power to make sure you don't get your product.
My second order from the US was a disaster from the start. Before placing the order, I checked all the lists of prohibited items on their website and, not finding my product on there, I sent a question to their support team to confirm if they deliver products of this type to Russia. I got all sorts of assurances that they do deliver to Russia, so I was thrilled and placed the order. The product arrives at the warehouse, gets packaged, and they send me an invoice on the same day, which I pay immediately and get a message saying the product has been shipped. Everything's good, I'm waiting patiently for my product in Moscow in a couple of weeks. But that's not what happened.
It's been about a week since I got an email from their support team that had me shocked: 'Processing of the package was halted at the warehouse because delivery from the US to Russia is prohibited due to restrictions'. I couldn't believe it - how, what, why? That's when the long back-and-forth with their support team started, with them lying and squirming, telling me about sudden changes and so on. In one of the messages, they sent me a link to their own website, where my product is listed as an exception with an ECCN-number of EAR99. According to that link, it's clearly stated that electronics with this number are excluded from sanctions and can be delivered from the US to Russia. But their support team just didn't care, we're not delivering and that's it, because we don't want to.
Now the most interesting part – what do you do with the package when they refuse to send it? And here's what they can offer you:
Returning to the seller isn't an option for me, as they don't accept returns and I'm not looking to go down that path.Shipping to any country except Russia is only possible if you have a friend or family member living there who can receive the package and provide a utility bill in their name. Yep, you read that right – it's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible. I've had issues with shipping to the US too, as they require a utility bill, even though the USPS doesn't need one. It's like they're trying to find any excuse to avoid sending the package. I've dealt with other middlemen who have no problem shipping to Russia, but not LiteMF.'Utilizing' the product is another option they offer. What does that even mean? They just take your product and that's it. Send more, and we'll take it. It's like they're running some kind of charity.Listing the product on eBay for a fee is another option they offer. You pay $5 plus a commission of 5% to 17% of the product's value. And if the product doesn't sell within two weeks, they start charging you for storage. And to make matters worse, they don't even provide you with the links to the listings, so you have no idea if they're even trying to sell your product. It's like they're running a scam.So, if your product ends up on their 'sanctions list', good luck getting it back. They'll find any excuse to avoid sending it to you. Their customer support is non-existent, and they'll just repeat the same nonsense over and over. They even went so far as to say that they're worried about me sending the product to Russia, but couldn't explain why. It's like they're trying to cover their tracks.
My lucky break was that I have a relative living in Germany who was willing to receive the package and forward it to me in Russia. It was a costly endeavor, but at least I was able to get my product back. And to make matters worse, LiteMF tried to 'utilize' the product, but I was able to outsmart them. It was a close call, but I'm just glad it's over.
Shipping with them was painfully slow, taking a whopping 2 weeks! The entire time, my package just sat on their warehouse floor. All that time, money, and stress was completely wasted.
Warning: Don't even think about dealing with LiteMF – they're scammers who'll stop at nothing to rip you off and get their hands on your stuff, all while trying to squeeze every last penny from you.
To the staff at LiteMF: My package is already on its way to Russia, and no matter how hard you try to stop it, this time you've failed! You can keep dreaming up your fake sanctions!
