Librederm Thermal Water

Librederm Thermal Water: A Disappointing Experience

summarizeEditor's Summary

I tried Librederm's thermal water and was left feeling underwhelmed. For 300 rubles, I expected a lot more transparency about its composition. The 125ml bottle looks standard, but I'd love to see a breakdown of its components. The packaging is fine, but it's not enough to make up for the product's shortcomings. I'm not a fan of the lack of transparency, and the poor-quality sprayer doesn't help. It's a decent value for the price, but only just.

Librederm Thermal Water: A Disappointing Experience
I recently tried Librederm's thermal water, and I've got some thoughts to share.
The 125ml bottle costs around 300 rubles, although I bought it as part of a set with their hyaluronic water for 331 rubles. I've seen it priced higher in pharmacies, up to 350 rubles, which I think is overpriced for this product.
Let's dive into the details.
First, the packaging looks standard. It's got all the necessary information on it.
Librederm Thermal Water I'm a firm believer that the composition of any cosmetic product is crucial. Unfortunately, Librederm doesn't provide the percentage breakdown of its components, listing only water as the main ingredient.
That's a major red flag for me. I'd love to see a more transparent composition.
The spritzer is really subpar. It gets clogged and doesn't spray water evenly.
And the droplets are huge! Even at a distance of 20cm, they land on your face in big splashes.
Check out the size of the droplets when sprayed at a distance.
I'm used to finer droplets, almost imperceptible. This feels like using a spray bottle.
As someone with sensitive skin, I didn't notice any significant improvements from using Librederm's thermal water.
On the taste, I've got to say it's just like regular tap water. I've tried Vichy's thermal water, and you can definitely taste the minerals. Not the case with Librederm.
I use thermal water as a toner, before applying facial oil. It helps to hydrate the skin, but honestly, I didn't notice any significant difference with Librederm.
It's refreshing, I'll give it that. You could just as well use cold water and get the same effect.
Expect no moisturizing benefits from using this water. You'll need to apply a moisturizer right away to get any real benefits.
It does help to reduce redness a bit, but that's about it.
The water itself is gentle and soothing. It doesn't dry out my skin like some other thermal waters do.
So, what's the verdict? It's an okay product, but I wouldn't recommend it. The lack of transparency in the composition, the subpar spritzer, and the sometimes inflated price tag are all major turn-offs.
If you're a fan of Vichy's thermal water or Avene, you might not be impressed with Librederm.
