Never Again Booking a Tour through Level Travel!

Level Travel's tour to Turkey was a disaster, with constant flight changes, unhelpful operators, and subpar hotel conditions. We will never book with them again.

We booked a 8-day, 7-night tour to Turkey with Level Travel, but what we got was a nightmare.

The hotel, Gold Island, was a decent choice, but the real problems started with the tour operator, Anex Tour. We were constantly contacted by Level Travel's operators, who seemed to be unhelpful and unresponsive.

Flight ChangesOur initial flight was changed multiple times, with the final change happening just 6-7 days before our trip. We were told that we would arrive at the hotel at 23:00, but the actual arrival time was 14:15. This meant that we would have to wait for 9 hours before checking in.

Hotel IssuesThe hotel room we were given was in a terrible state, with a strong smell of sewage and a broken shower. We were told that the room was fully booked, but after complaining, we were given a new room with a similar issue.

Food and ServiceThe food at the hotel was subpar, and the service from Level Travel was unhelpful and unresponsive. We were also charged for a day's stay that we didn't use, which was not compensated for.
