I've been shopping at Lenta for ages. My husband and I used to love stocking up on groceries there late at night - no queues, no crowds, and a huge selection of products.
Over time, we stopped going there, but when I saw the chance to order groceries from Lenta with a discount, I jumped at it.
What prompted me to make the order was T-Bank's offer of a 25% cashback up to 1000 rubles.
Making an order is pretty straightforward. On the main page, you just need to click on the 'delivery' or 'pick-up' tab.
When you choose delivery, prices go up by about 10%. So, it's not always worth ordering. There are sometimes special promotions for pick-up.
I usually opt for delivery.
The minimum order amount is 1500 rubles.
Delivery is free.
The assembly fee is 39 rubles.

Lenta.com's online shopping experienceOne of the first things I noticed when using the Lenta app was the virtual map of the store in the Map tab. Even if you've never had a physical store card, the virtual one gets created automatically when you register in the app.

Customer support is pretty responsive. They answer questions quickly, and if there are any issues with orders, they get resolved fast – always in my favor.
My purchases
The first time I used the in-app delivery service was at the end of December 2023.
I made a purchase almost worth 4,000 rubles. I used a promo code for my first order, and the discount came out to be 180 rubles. That's generous, I'll say that much. The discount applies to non-active items, and the store loves crossing out prices. As it turned out, the entire bill without the discount would've been just some bread and a few other small items.
I made the purchase with the intention of getting a cashback from T-Bank. I received 1,000 rubles in cashback. So, I'm pretty satisfied.
My order
I liked that they included some discounted toys with my purchase.
Other stores usually don't do that. It's a small thing, but the kids ask for these trinkets, and I usually don't buy enough to get them for free. I mostly order large purchases with delivery.
The next pleasant surprise was a New Year's greeting in the form of a card and a small chocolate. I really appreciated that.
Another order
I've placed another order for 4,000 rubles with a 1,000-ruble cashback.
Another order
A few words about the issues I've encountered. In my time, I've had a couple of unpleasant experiences. One time, they delivered me a box of rice that was already open.
The yogurt had expired a day before.
And the worst situation was when they delivered me a broken bottle of sunflower oil. The collector even saw that it was leaking, so he kindly wrapped it in a bag.
The oil had leaked, and some of the products were stained.
They didn't put the other oil bottles in an extra bag, so the option that the oil leaked during transportation is excluded. The collector deliberately put the defective oil in the package. That was really frustrating.
In all cases, I contacted customer support, and they always returned the money for the low-quality products. In the case of the oil, they even returned the money for the order assembly.
I'm generally satisfied with the service. Usually, the order is assembled carefully, there's a big selection of products, and some items have nice prices.
I'd order more often if there were significant discounts, at least real 20% off, not just 5% in reality.
For now, there are other services that offer more attractive discounts.
