Lebel Essence for moisturizing, softness, and shine of hair IAU Essence Moist
The tube is made of semi-transparent red plastic, with small scratches appearing on the body over time.
The doser is a pump-action with smooth operation, it doesn't clog over time, and you can adjust the amount of product extracted by the degree of pressure applied. The scent is floral with a delicate fruity note, the scent is noble, and I find it very pleasant. You only notice it on your hair if you intentionally sniff it, and it doesn't clash with perfume. The texture is like light milk, it stretches easily, making your hair slightly slippery. On dry hair, you don't feel it at all, and your hair remains non-greasy or oily.
I apply the essence-cream to my hair after washing and before combing, and it works wonders, wrapping my hair and making it slippery, allowing my comb to glide smoothly and gently detangle it. The product is quite generous, but my hair absorbs it quickly, so it runs out fast.
Before applying the essence:
I usually make 3-4 presses on the doser, adding more as needed, but I've never experienced any wastage. Keep in mind that I have bleached and porous hair, so the cream might behave differently on healthier hair. Here are 2 presses on the doser, and I massage the essence between my palms before applying it:
I'll be honest, the essence Lebel Moist doesn't provide any unrealistic visual effects. It's a milk-based product that effectively cares for damaged and bleached hair, moisturizes, smoothes, and slightly smooths out the porous structure. I think this product is unnecessary for healthier hair, as you won't notice any difference. Incidentally, the manufacturer recommends using all three non-washout products for severely damaged hair.
When working with severely damaged hair, it's recommended to apply all 3 essences in the following order: Moist -> Forti -> Sleek.
I initially took the moisturizing effect of this essence for granted, then switched to other non-rinse-off products and really missed the care, unfortunately, I haven't found a full analogue yet. The closest hydrating effect I get from a non-rinse-off care is from the Vieso cream with honey, but Vieso doesn't give me much of a visual effect.
My hair after Lebel Moist feels soft, moisturized, and elastic - this essence really provides care, and it's felt both tactilely and visually. I often used this essence after styling with a straightener, and it does a great job of replenishing moisture in the ends and they don't stick up like hay. My hair doesn't become limp or weighed down, and the texture is actually smoothed out.Lebel Moist reviewsThis essence works best with Lebel's rinse-off care. In the review photo, I used Lebel IAU Serum cream, and I repeated it and think I'll buy it again in a larger quantity. When I wanted perfect, flowing, and bouncy hair, I used this duo. But I'll repeat, the cream alone won't give me the shine and unreal gloss I need for color-treated hair - I need a combo. I also realized that I need to dry my hair with a diffuser, drying with warm air and finishing with cold air blowing from top to bottom, so the cuticles close. Now, I don't use a round brush, just dry my hair downwards and then comb it with this comb - it's still better for damaged hair than Tangle Teezer. My hair isn't weighed down, although in reviews I've read that the cream can weigh it down, but it doesn't in my case - it's light and moveable, with no hint of dryness.
The ends after the essence don't split, and there are almost no white spots that would later become split ends. I'm convinced that this essence helps minimize breakage in color-treated hair.RESULTSIt provides noticeable care and moisturizing, and my hair definitely breaks less and is less prone to split ends
It makes combing easier
It noticeably smooths out the length and rough ends
It doesn't weigh my hair down
It has a pleasant scent
It's a bit pricey
It doesn't give me the shine and gloss I need
IAU Essence Moist I've gotta say, IAU Essence Moist is a game-changer for dry, damaged hair. It really delivers on its promise of hydration and nourishment. I used it for a few weeks and was impressed with the results - my hair felt softer and looked healthier. The best part? It's super easy to use, just apply it to the ends of your hair and work your way up. I didn't experience any buildup or residue, which is a major plus. My only concern is the price - $10 for 100ml is a bit steep for me. I'm not sure if I'll be repurchasing, but I do recommend giving it a try if you're struggling with dry hair. *** Thanks for reading, and I hope you found this review helpful! ❤️
