The shower gel came in a small, transparent bottle with a tight-fitting cap. The bottle design gives you an idea of what to expect from the scent - the illustration of herbs on a pink background.

The herbal scent, mixed with sweet notes, isn't going to please everyone. It's like someone's drenched in sweet perfumes and gone to weed the garden, where the smell of weeds and sweetness are mixed into one weird composition.
About Using and Its Effects.
If you apply it without a foaming agent, it barely foams. But with a special foaming agent, you can get a great, thick foam. The herbal scent won't disappear - it'll still give off a cool, slightly thyme-like smell.
Unfortunately, the gel dried out my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin, and it tends to get dry, so after using the gel, I immediately went to moisturize, as I just couldn't stand the itch.
My Opinion.
I absolutely didn't like the scent of the gel. At the same time, I started using La Roche Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+ moisturizing shower and body gel for face and body, which I wrote about here, and the difference was very noticeable - I liked the La Roche Posay product much more!
Maybe fans of L'Occitane will like this gel despite its flaws. But for me, the most important thing is the quality of the product, not the brand, so I was left completely unimpressed.
