When I placed the order, I recorded a video showing me copying the correct details and entering them on their website. I sent this to support, just in case they were reading my messages but not responding. And guess what? They cancelled the order again, this time saying that I already had an active subscription and couldn't buy another one. I'd never signed up for a subscription anywhere else, so I was confused.

It's clear they didn't care about helping me or their customers. I'm not afraid to file a lawsuit against their website, and it's not even a problem that their company isn't registered in the CIS. We can still take action against them, like getting them blocked by Roskomnadzor so others don't get scammed.
