The hotel voucher we received was for a decent hotel, but we never got to use it. We did manage to get our return tickets sorted out, but only after a lot of hassle. The company's website looked professional and convincing, which is probably what drew me in, but it was all just a facade. I've flown with them a few times in the past, but it's been a while since our last trip. In November 2025, I booked a week-long vacation to Egypt with my son. We were both excited to explore the ancient pyramids and relax on the Nile River.

It all started with Natalia, their manager. Everything seemed normal at first - I paid the full amount for the tour. But then the issues began. We received our flight tickets at 11 pm, with a string of excuses about their system being down. I even asked if our hotel voucher was okay, and Natalia assured me it was.

But when we tried to check in for our flight, there were no more seats available on the economy class. We spent the next few hours in a state of panic and sleeplessness. They also didn't send us our return tickets. I was starting to get worried that we'd be stuck in Egypt with no way to get back home.

Thankfully, Aeroflot got us on a flight, and our adventure began. But the stress and anxiety had already taken a toll on us.

Upon arrival, our hotel booking didn't exist (they cited overbooking and said it was the hotel's fault). After a long back-and-forth and calls to their hotlines, we finally managed to book a different hotel (worse and cheaper, but we were exhausted). We checked in late that night, relieved. Three days into our trip, our hotel room key card stopped working, and the receptionist told us it was our check-out day (what?! We still had three days left!). It turned out Natalia had forgotten to inform us that the first hotel had reinstated our booking. We found out after calling their customer support and spending a few hours arguing. I managed to convince the receptionist to waive the late check-out fee, and we quickly packed up and moved to the original hotel. In the first hotel, we finally found our booking, but since they hadn't sent us our return tickets, I decided to check the flight schedule. It turned out there was no flight on the date they promised. I emailed Natalia in the morning, and she brushed it off, saying they had just been informed of a last-minute flight schedule change (what a load of nonsense!). I suggested they buy new tickets for the next day and extend our hotel stay, but they didn't respond. The whole next day, I was on the phone with Natalia, who kept telling me everything would be sorted out soon. Apparently, it was all due to the November holidays and their third-party partners not responding. I pointed out that we were dealing with their company, not some external partners, and that I had asked about the flight schedule. They just kept passing the buck. It turned out that they couldn't send us our flight tickets until the hotel confirmed our booking. What?! We were calling their customer support at the same time, and it turned out no one had contacted them about extending our stay or buying new tickets. They finally sent us our flight tickets at night, saying the hotel had confirmed our booking. I breathed a sigh of relief and headed to the reception, only to find out our booking still didn't exist! The next morning, I was ready to book a new room myself on Booking.com, but after a few hours, our booking miraculously appeared. And if you thought that was the end of it, think again! They sent us our transfer only the morning of our departure, despite promising to do so the night before (their system was down again).

I've saved all the screenshots for my records, and I was initially planning to take them to court, but time is of the essence, and I don't have the luxury of dealing with this further.

Don't make the same mistake I did - avoid Krasyok Mira at all costs if you want a peaceful vacation. They may seem like a cheap option, but the stress and anxiety they'll cause you will be far more expensive than any savings you might make.
