Hello again!
When I'm on vacation at the Azov Sea, I often find myself searching for great local restaurants to grab a bite to eat. And let me tell you, Yeysk has plenty of awesome cafes to choose from. Today, I want to share with you another hidden gem that's situated in the heart of the city and is super popular among locals.
KrэйZZi Kitchen, Yeysk, is a must-visit for anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy delicious meals at a bargain. This cafe is perfect for a variety of budget-friendly options while on vacation.
For a meal that serves four (two adults and two kids), the average bill comes out to be between 1,000 to 1,300 rubles.
Location-wise, the cafe is situated in the central part of the city, far enough from the waterfront, but still close enough to the park. Plus, it's right next to a park, so getting there by taxi or on foot is a breeze.
There's a park right next to the cafe with some awesome playgrounds for the kids. One thing I noticed about Yeysk is that most of the playgrounds are pay-to-play, but this one is free, which is why I saw a ton of families with kids hanging out there.
The cafe itself is pretty spacious, and the dining area can fit a decent-sized crowd. We went during the peak hours in the evening when everyone's out for dinner, and we didn't have to wait for a table at all.
No need to worry about taking your dishes with you - the staff will take care of that in no time. They've got a mix of high bar stools and regular tables, which is great for families or groups of friends.
The furniture is all in great condition, brand new, with no signs of wear or tear. Everything's done in these bright, sunny colors, there's music playing, TVs everywhere, and it's just really cozy - we love it.
Another great feature in the summer is that you can eat right outside on the veranda, which has a great view of the park. Plus, the tables are designed to face the park, so it's really nice.
The service is really similar to a cafeteria, where they dish out different meals and you grab a tray, utensils, and go pick what you want. There's a menu, but they also have prices printed on the dishes themselves.
The staff is really friendly and helpful - sometimes they even wait for you to figure out what you want.
The food is really diverse, which was a nice surprise - they have seafood, sushi, traditional Russian dishes, baked goods, and a huge selection of desserts. They also have fast food options - the selection is huge, so there's always something fresh.
Even picky eaters, like my kids, who have limited food options, can find something they like.
We've eaten there multiple times, and everything's always been fresh - we've ordered both appetizers and main courses.
I always grabbed juices for the kids at this place, and the prices were pretty average. I wouldn't say they were low, but you have to consider that it's a resort town and prices are generally higher there.
The rolls were pretty tasty, but my husband raved about the borscht, and the lu'lu kebab was pretty good too - the homemade pelmeni were a highlight.
My kid tried the chicken cutlet for the first time here, and now I make it for him at home.
I couldn't find any major issues with KrэйZZi Kitchen, Yeysk. The prices are reasonable, the food is tasty, the big hall is cozy, and there's a summer veranda. After visiting Yeysk, I can say that this is one of the most worthy cafes with a big cozy hall, delicious food, and reasonable prices - it's definitely worth checking out, especially if you're looking for places with low to mid-range prices.
Thanks for reading!
