Hello everyone!
When we're in Yeysk, we usually head to the same old restaurant that's been around for years.
We'd heard from locals that there's another one nearby that's worth checking out, so we decided to give it a shot. I went first to scope it out and grab some takeout, and the next time, the whole family came along.

Facade
The building's facade is pretty straightforward – no fancy greenery or sculptures. It's a standard building with a simple sign and a summer veranda.
xa0
Kr'eZZi Kitchen, YeyskThere's a parking lot for cars, and also a spot for bikes.
xa0
Kr'eZZi Kitchen, YeyskWhen you walk in, you're greeted by automatic doors.

Bathroom
To the right, just after entering
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThe bathroom is free for cafe visitors, but 50 RUB for everyone else! As an alternative, they offer to buy a product worth this amount.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThis is the most expensive public toilet fee I've ever seen! It's really quite pricey!
From what I've observed, absolutely anyone can use this toilet for free, just by walking by. Honestly, it's unclear who's collecting this fee, and I doubt anyone has ever actually paid it.
Behind the door is a 'washing area'. There's a mirror along the wall, and three sinks on a nice countertop.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThe sinks are a bit high up, but there's a plastic step stool for kids.
All the necessary facilities are fully stocked and working properly.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskOne of the standout features is the separate cubicles for each toilet stall.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThe interior could use a bit more lighting, but it's not a major issue.

The sink area is spotless, with no visible trash on the floor. It looks like they clean up after each user. The toilet area is also very clean, with no unpleasant odors.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThe sensor-activated water faucet is a nice touch.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskThe soap dispenser is convenient.
xa0
KrêyZZi Kitchen, EyskEven the bidet responded to my presence and provided a gentle stream of water.
xa0
KrayZZi kitchen, YeiskBesides the kitchen, the bathroom is also equipped with a ramp, which is super convenient.

Space
The living room is huge, bright, and beautiful - it's perfect for relaxing.
xa0
KrayZZi kitchen, Yeisk KrayZZi kitchen, YeiskThere's plenty of seating space - you can even sink into the comfy couch.
xa0
KrayZZi kitchen, YeiskOr you can sit on the separate sofas, facing each other with a table in between.
xa0
KrayZZi kitchen, YeiskOr, if you prefer, you can sit in your own little spot.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, Yeysk Every table has a saltshaker, with napkins and toothpicks. The tables look spotless, no signs of the last meal.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, Yeysk The interior is super inviting, the decor is nice. You could spend ages just taking it all in.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, Yeysk At the end of the hall, there's a bar. From the looks of it, you can order any kind of cocktail. After that heat, all we wanted was one thing... A cold beer, that's exactly what we ordered here, but more on that later.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, Yeysk And there's a coffee machine right next to it.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, Yeysk To the left, there's a door that leads out to the veranda.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, YeyskI've been to KrêyZZi Kitchen twice, and both times I noticed that even on scorching hot days, like the ones when the temperature hit 39°C, some brave souls were still eating on the veranda.

The foot traffic varies depending on the time of day. We went both times before lunch, when it's usually busiest.

Customer Service/Staff
This place has a self-service system in place. To the right of the entrance, there are condiments and utensils available.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, YeyskA handwritten menu hangs above the condiments, listing some of the available items.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, YeyskI didn't manage to find the full menu anywhere, and to be honest, I didn't have the time to look for it. To the right of the entrance, there's a display showing the daily specials.
xa0
Crazy Kitchen, YeyskIn essence, the full menu is displayed on transparent glass cases, so you can see everything on offer.
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, EyskI love how the menu and prices are clearly displayed on the stands. When it comes to salads, you can pick what you like and take it to go.
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, EyskThe staff collects the first and second courses and serves them on plates. I've got to say, the girls working there are super friendly and don't look stressed out.
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, EyskNext up are the desserts and pastries – you can grab those on your own too.
After that, it's the cashier's turn. They ring you up in no time, and if you're feeling thirsty, you can even order a couple of cold beers to go. Our cashier added them to the bill and sent us off to the bar. My husband headed there while my kids and I sat down at a table.
By the way, the dining area has a microwave for public use and a few high chairs for kids.
They even had a little high chair ready for my youngest

Our Order
My husband came back with this little black signal device that was supposed to buzz when our drinks were ready.
We ordered for three people with hearty appetites:
xa0
KrëZZi Kitchen, YeiskPortions were generous. Two servings of roasted potatoes with mushrooms + chicken cutlet
xa0
KrëZZi Kitchen, YeiskMy daughter couldn't finish, but she's a little one, and my husband devoured the whole dish. However, he gave the brioche a thumbs down - completely flavorless, no salt or spices! The potatoes were cooked to perfection, though.
I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta. The creamy sauce and delicate salmon were a great combination
xa0
KrëZZi Kitchen, YeiskI didn't get a chance to take a photo of the quiche, only salads.
The vegetable salad was unremarkable, just a standard salad... I mean, the portion was a bit small, but it was perfect for my little one
xa0
KrëZZi Kitchen, YeiskHowever, the other two salads were cut in a haphazard way, with four slices of eggplant and the same number of tomatoes, plus a sprig of parsley.
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, Yeysk I have to say, the food was pretty good overall. My husband loves eggplant and all the salads with it.
My salad was cut into pretty big chunks, to be honest.
KrayZZi Kitchen, Yeysk I'm not complaining that a salad like that should be cut into cubes, but in this case, the cubes were just too big. The dressing was tasty, though.
After 15 minutes, when we'd all had a good fill, it became clear that our bartender was in no rush to refill our drinks...
My husband headed back to the bar, and I waited for him to come back with two beers in hand. Unfortunately... They didn't pour enough beer for two glasses. They offered us another option, which turned out to be too little as well! They suggested we wait a bit longer while they changed the keg. My husband said we'd already eaten and wanted to have a drink, so he declined and came back looking pretty grumpy
From this experience, I'd say that if you just want to quench your thirst or if you've been out and about the day before and want a cold beer with your meal, you might have some issues here.
On my first visit to KrayZZi Kitchen, I actually ordered takeout.
KrayZZi Kitchen, YeyskThey packed all the dishes neatly into containers and bags on top. And, by the way, those containers cost 20 rubles here.
Here's what the beef cutlets with veggies looked like
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, YeyskIt was quite a large serving, with zucchini and tomatoes, topped with cheese - it was really tasty.
Here's what I bought that time:
xa0
KrayZZi Kitchen, YeyskI wasn't a fan of the pilaf, though. It was meaty and fluffy, but there was just too much cumin for my taste...
There's also a Caesar salad with salmon for 228 rubles, but the portion with goulash bread, which is half of the serving, is just a few crackers - I mean, it's not worth it! The same story with the tomato soup for 398 rubles...
xa0
The Verdict
I have mixed feelings about this place... They serve good food, but it's pricey. The salads have ridiculously small portions... And with alcohol, it's just unpredictable!
We haven't been back to this restaurant since, and we still go to our favorite cafeteria.
xa0
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the KrayZZi Kitchen in Yeysk.
