My little one's just starting to get into letters, and it's the cutest thing to see them recognize 'A' everywhere they go! They point and say 'A' like it's their BFF. For the other letters, they just shrug and expect us to fill in the blanks.

Time to break out the alphabet cubes! I stumbled upon this set at the supermarket for around $20, and I'm thinking, not bad at all.

The set comes with 12 cubes, neatly packed in a sturdy plastic case that my kid thinks is the coolest thing ever. Who doesn't love a good container, right? The cubes themselves are made of plastic, each 4x4 cm in size, and the vowels are on red, the consonants on green, and the special characters on yellow. The manufacturer claims they'll last for 5 years. I'm hoping they're right, because I'm all for a good investment.

I think this is a solid choice for any parent looking for a classic, educational toy. It's not too flashy, but it gets the job done – and my kid loves it!
