I'm still fuming about my recent experience with Interkars. I've been a loyal customer, but this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. Here's what went down.

My bus was supposed to leave at 9:45 PM, but the driver took off two minutes early, leaving me stranded at the bus stop. I was already running late, and to make matters worse, I had to buy another ticket from them to get to Minsk. The temperature was a scorching 39 degrees Celsius, and I was in no shape to deal with this kind of treatment.

I reached out to their support team, but it's been 11 days, and I haven't received a response. I'm planning to visit their office in person, file a complaint, and take this to the consumer protection society. I'm not going to let this slide.
