I recently had a major procedure done at the In Safe Hands medical center in the heart of Krasnodar, which has several branches conveniently located nearby. I'd heard great things about the clinic from friends who'd had positive experiences there, including one who'd undergone a major operation after an accident and others who'd visited for injuries. I'd been putting off dealing with a ganglion cyst in my wrist that I'd been too afraid to get rid of for over a year. After being told by government institutions that the only option was surgery, I started looking into alternative treatments, and In Safe Hands offers a procedure for dry ganglion. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm really glad I gave it a shot.
Krasnodar In Safe Hands clinic reviews
I booked an appointment over the phone and arrived on time. No waiting around, the doctor saw me right on schedule. They have several branches - I think one of them does operations and trauma care, while I was at their new building, which is where they do routine check-ups. There's another branch too. The only downside is that they're all concentrated in one area of the city, so it's not super convenient if you're on the other side of town. Luckily, my situation wasn't urgent, so I was able to make it there without too much trouble.
Krasnodar In Safe Hands clinic reviewsThey also offer emergency services and can come to your home like an ambulance. I saw a few ambulances parked outside the clinic's entrance. It's reassuring to know that they're prepared to handle any situation that might arise.
Reviews from a clinic I can trust in KrasnodarI walked into the modern building and was greeted by a cozy atmosphere. The reception area was tidy, and there was a cloakroom where you could leave your coat and get a ticket. Since it was freezing outside, everyone was bundled up, and the cloakroom attendant kindly took my small bag from me for the duration of the visit. After handing over my coat, I headed to the reception desk.
Medical Center In Good Hands, Krasnodar ReviewsThere were a few receptionists working, and no queues. My only complaint is something I've seen in another clinic too - in the Yekaterininskaya clinic, the receptionist was discussing with a guy who was signing up for a proctologist appointment, talking about it like it was no big deal. I mean, it's a pretty personal topic, and she was discussing it loudly. Luckily, the guy didn't mention the actual problem, but it still made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I've been to the Uro Pro clinic, which specializes in sensitive men's and women's issues, and they never mention patients' last names or the specifics of their appointments. They just call out patients by their first name and patronymic, which makes it feel more anonymous and comfortable. They never mention any procedures or anything that might make patients feel awkward. After visiting that clinic, it's set the bar for me in terms of discretion and comfort. I'm sure patients wouldn't want to advertise that kind of information, so it's probably better if the receptionists don't mention it. I'm sure it would make patients feel more at ease. Otherwise, I didn't notice any other issues.Medical Center In Good Hands, Krasnodar ReviewsI got processed quickly, and the payment is made after the doctor's visit. I was booked for a standard consultation, and an additional puncture was required, which was paid separately. The consultation cost 2,500 rubles, and the puncture was 2,000 rubles. In total, I paid 4,500 rubles for the consultation. For 4,500 rubles, I was able to resolve the issue that had been haunting me for over a year. I also want to mention that the price is significantly lower than in the same Yekaterininsky clinic, Fomin's clinic, and so on. I'm really glad I found out about this clinic. Initially, I chose the doctor (if anyone needs the name of a great traumatologist-orthopedist, please send me a message, I won't mention it in the review), but I had heard positive feedback about the center. Everything else also worked out for me, I compared the prices for ultrasound, CT scans, and booked my husband for an ultrasound of the arteries, which cost 2,800 rubles. That's cheaper than any other clinic I've been to.
Clinic In Trustworthy Hands ReviewThere are 2 toilets in the clinic: a general one and one for people with mobility issues:
Clinic In Trustworthy Hands ReviewThe cleanliness inside is 4 out of 5. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the clinic was.
Clinic With a Trusted Hand ReviewsI've got to say, the doctor was a total pro - it's rare for me to be 100% satisfied with a specialist. He walked me through the whole procedure, including the potential risks, and even warned me about the possibility of a relapse. The more advanced the case and the bigger the ganglion, the higher the chance of a relapse. It's also worth noting that the location plays a big role - in some cases, the puncture might not be necessary and would be pointless, whereas surgery would be the only option. If the issue isn't long-standing and the ganglion is small, you might be able to get away with a less invasive procedure. The puncture itself is a less invasive operation with minimal recovery time, and it's relatively cheap - that's a big plus for me. Plus, there's a chance that I'll be ganglion-free for good without any scarring or marks. Why not give it a shot? The whole procedure took just 20 minutes, with about 15 minutes spent discussing the procedure, recovery, and the manipulation itself. The actual removal of the ganglion took just 5 minutes - it was a bit uncomfortable, but not as bad as I thought it'd be. It's worth enduring for a few minutes. It's done under local anesthesia.
Doctor's care in trusted hands in Krasnodar reviewsI walked out of the clinic feeling a huge sense of relief, and my long-standing issue that was really hindering my functional hand movements was sorted out super quickly. It was making it tough for me to cook, write with a pen, work, and do everyday tasks. Fingers crossed that the recovery goes smoothly. I'm really glad I found this clinic, to be honest - I usually just go to familiar places I've been to before. But today I discovered a great spot, and the service quality and prices were just right for me, so I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
