The bottle with the medication is made of thin white plastic with a screw-on lid. The nozzle is sealed and needs to be opened before use. It's easy enough to do, as everything's been thought out for the consumer.

There's a point of indentation where the plastic is very thin. Just take any needle or pin to open the packaging and make a hole for the drops.
