Hupper Dupper Erasable Gel Pen Set

I'm a big fan of this Hupper Dupper Gel Pen Set - the erasable ink technology is seriously cool. It's perfect for artists, writers, and students who want to experiment without the mess. The set comes with a variety of colors and a durable design that's built to last, making it great value for money. I've used it for a week now, and I'm impressed with the build quality - the pens feel solid in my hand, and the eraser works like a charm. Battery life is also a plus, as I don't have to worry about it running out of ink mid-project.

Hupper Dupper's Erasable Gel Pens Review

As a parent, I've seen firsthand how frustrating it can be for kids to write with regular pens. One minute they're holding the pen, the next they're trying to do their math homework, and then they're struggling to write legibly. And don't even get me started on the errors – it's like they're trying to make a mess in their notebook! That's why pen manufacturers came up with these awesome erasable pens, to keep things tidy.

Today, I'm here to review Hupper Dupper's erasable pens and share my thoughts on how well they work, how long they last, and where you can buy them.

You can buy these erasable pens at Fix Price stores, which is where I picked mine up.

The price is around 100 rubles.

Manufactured in China.

Honestly, I wasn't surprised that these pens are made in China – Fix Price often imports products from there, and it's all about keeping costs down.

Description

When I was in school, one of the biggest headaches was trying to get rid of those pesky extra correction marks on your paper. You'd use those old-fashioned correction tapes, where the brown side would erase the pencil marks and the blue side would sort of work for erasing pens, but only if you pressed hard enough – and you'd end up making holes in your paper.

These erasable pens are a game-changer. The special ink and eraser combo makes it so much easier for kids to write and correct their work without making a mess. No more struggling to get rid of those pesky correction marks – it's all taken care of.

Packaging

The packaging is pretty neat. I got a set of 4 blue pens in a small, bright, semi-transparent package. The description is minimal, but it's clear what you're getting – a set of pens with erasable ink. The package opens easily with a few cuts along the top, and you don't need scissors to open it – no complaints there.

Appearance of the pens

One thing to note is that the Hupper Dupper erasable pens come in different colors – some have a brown body, while others are blue. But inside, they're the same, and the quality is consistent across the board.

The pen bodies are made of smooth plastic, without that textured bit at the bottom, so if you need to attach a pencil topper, you won't have any issues.

I was surprised to find that the pen's grip length is standard, neither longer nor shorter than others. The width is pretty much the same as regular pens, so transitioning from a write-wipe pen to a regular pen was relatively smooth.

The eraser at the bottom of the pen is a real standout. It's incredibly springy, almost stiff, but it doesn't affect the erasing process at all. It's gentle on paper, and somehow becomes even softer when pressed.

The eraser is semi-circular, slightly elongated, and might have some minor imperfections from cutting or molding issues (I'm not sure how it's made), but these don't impact its erasing performance.

On the plus side, the eraser doesn't fall apart, retain its appearance, or get soggy. Most importantly, it doesn't absorb ink or spread dirt, unlike some other erasers I've used.

On the downside, it might come loose from the pen, especially if a kid helps. I've seen it happen where the pen cap and eraser get separated, and you have to search for them.

The pen tip is carefully covered with a cap.

The caps on pens are always blue, regardless of the pen's color. They stay securely in place and don't come off easily, but they tend to disappear quickly, as kids often remove them, write with the pen, put the cap back, and then lose the cap.

In use

What I and my kid liked about this pen is its hassle-free experience. The pen's gel tip glides smoothly across the paper, leaving a great trail. Some pens write fine, but then suddenly stop, leaving you to re-write the entire line.

Imagine a kid struggling in class, and then their pen decides to stop working. It's a nightmare! The amount of stress and frustration that comes with it is overwhelming.

I also appreciate that the pen doesn't leak. I've never had an issue with ink bleeding or leaving unwanted smudges on the paper, which is a common problem with some gel pens.

Results

I've got to say, the blue ink eraser pen itself writes really well, with nice, thin lines - even though it's a gel pen.

No need to go into details, but I wouldn't recommend writing upside down with it either, or the gel will start to seep out and the pen will stop working.

Now, about its erasing capabilities: in the photo above, I wrote a few ordinary numbers in a regular notebook, then waited a bit for them to settle in.

Next, I flipped the pen over and used a rubber eraser to rub over the writing a few times. The result was:

As you can see, none of the numbers remained in their original place, and all of them were completely erased. You can also see that the rubber eraser didn't change at all, and the notebook page didn't get any damage (no holes, the cells still have their blue borders).

These eraser pens are great for writing and erasing - they write smoothly, don't bleed, and are super easy for kids to use. In fact, a child can even correct individual strokes or letters/numbers/words. The notebook stays clean, and if you're writing in a binder, it stays clean there too.

The erasers themselves move easily and smoothly, kinda like a paraffin wax.

One of these pens lasts from a few days to a week, depending on how much your kid writes in school and at home.

After the pen is done, I just toss it, even though I know there are sets where you can replace the ink cartridges (I've never seen those in our store).

Verdict: I'm really happy with the Hupper Dupper gel pen set - the pens write on any paper, erase well, and keep your kid's notebook clean.

Overall, I'd say that these erasable pens are a must-have for any parent or teacher looking to make writing and correcting easier for kids. They're a game-changer, and I'm so glad I got to try them out.

So, if you're in the market for some new pens, I highly recommend checking out the Hupper Dupper erasable gel pens. They're a great investment for your kid's education, and they'll make writing and correcting a breeze.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you found this review helpful!

Happy writing!
