In the first part, it was just animals like a dog and a parrot, but now there's your neighbor's mom - a tough cookie who's best avoided while she's sleeping. She's a tough opponent, and sometimes she's just too alert and gets in the way of my plans. Instead of one apartment, you've got a whole world to explore - colorful levels in different countries that are fun to check out.

The animations of your neighbor losing it are still hilarious, and the game doesn't take itself too seriously - it's all about having fun.
