Hello everyone!
For me, using hand cream has become a daily necessity, especially with dry skin and all the household chores I do.
My friends know I love hand creams, so they often gift them to me. That's exactly what happened with this beauty from Sokolov.
Today, I want to share my review of the hand cream with black pepper extract from SOKOLOV

Outer appearance
This packaging is super tactile and aesthetically pleasing! The cream is packed in a soft, powdery tub, topped with a sleek black dispenser that's a joy to use.
The brand name is written in silver letters, hinting at the luxurious shine, and the product name is displayed in simple, black text.
And on the back, there's all the detailed information, including the ingredients and instructions for use.
I really appreciate the eco-friendly philosophy of this company, which doesn't test its products on animals.
It's great to see a brand that cares not just about its own image, but also about the welfare of animals.
The tube itself has a lovely satin-like smoothness that's really nice, especially when you're using a rich hand cream like this one.
The lid, which doubles as a dispenser, is super convenient, and the big button on the dispenser makes it even more comfortable to use.
First, you need to twist it open, and then you can start using it.
The hole size is medium, but it's big enough to get the product out.
Aromas and texture
The cream is quite thick, and you can even see it retaining its rectangular shape from the dispenser hole when you squeeze it out.
It's also super pliable! It's dense, yet gentle, and it's a pure white color, without any specks or undertones.
I've got to say, the scent of this stuff is incredible! It's so bright and sweet, with a floral and spicy vibe that's really unique.
To be honest, it reminds me a bit of almond extract, but the combination of different scents gives it a really special note.
It's rich, but not overpowering - and it's actually pretty long-lasting. From what I've experienced, the scent can last on your skin for up to 4 hours.
The formula
aqua (water), zea mays (corn) oil, dimethicon, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, cetearyl alcohol, ethylhexyl stearate, glycer stearate, glycerin, carlicapri triglyceride, palmitic acid, stearic acid, sodium polyacrylate, parfum,
glucomannan, dipteryx olorata (tonka) bean extract, piper nigrum (black pepper) fruit extract, phenoxyethanol, acacia senegal gum, colloidal silver, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium hydroxide, coumarin.
Corn oil is a key ingredient that I love. It's not just the corn oil itself, but the way it's combined with other ingredients that makes this cream so effective. Next up is shea butter, which is a favorite of mine for its moisturizing and nourishing properties.
Colloidal silver is a nice touch, and it's actually a pretty effective antimicrobial agent. Of course, it's a nod to the jewelry brand Sokolov, but it's also a genuinely useful ingredient!
And let's not forget the amazing scent, which is the result of some clever blending of natural extracts and perfume.
I have to admit, I wasn't entirely expecting a natural experience with this product. I've had a bad experience with a hand cream that claimed to have only natural ingredients, but it had a shelf life of just 3 months! That was a deal-breaker for me.
Application and results
The cream glides smoothly onto my skin. When it warms up, it becomes even more slippery, evenly covering my hands with a soft, velvety texture.
It absorbs beautifully, leaving no sticky or unpleasant residue.
My skin becomes soft, gentle, and silky to the touch.
I particularly want to note that this feeling lasts for a decent amount of time.
Minor rough patches from dryness are smoothed out.
While it's not a deep moisturizer, it's not just a surface-level fix either. I have my go-to moisturizer that I splurge on, and I always come back to it. For everyday use, though, I prefer something more budget-friendly.
This cream from Sokolov is not only budget-friendly, but also super economical. I've never come across a cream with such a small amount needed.
It's enough for my hands.
You can easily cover your hands up to your elbows with this amount.
I also want to note that after one wash, the scent stays almost the same, and the feeling of the cream, or rather its pleasant softness, is also preserved.
The effect of this cream lasts longer than, for example, the Pusy, but it's not super nourishing like Zielinski&Rosen. It's a good middle ground that now has a spot on my counter.
Conclusion
I'd be happy to recommend this hand cream as a daily helper for moisturizing my hands!
The sleek bottle will also complement my home decor, so I won't need to hide it in the bathroom behind the mirror.
