Hello everyone! As a self-proclaimed stationery nerd, I couldn't resist writing a review about this amazing daily planner. I've had my fair share of daily planners, but none of them have ever made it to a review – until now. And it's all because of this one: the undated daily planner from the Greenwich Line series, 'New story. Beige'. I picked it up from a retail store, saw it on the shelf, and fell in love. I must have spent hours scouring online marketplaces to see if they had it, but it never popped up.

What caught my attention at first glance? Its stunning appearance, of course! If you're a fan of beige, this is your baby. The minimalist cover design is super appealing, and the tagline New story begins is just the right amount of teasing. When you take it out of the packaging, you'll get a sense of the pleasant texture of the hardcover bound in eco-leather. I've been using this planner for 7 months now, and you can see how it's holding up – and so is the cover. I'm thoroughly impressed!

The cover of my daily planner Inside the planner. The paper used for the pages of my daily planner has a sufficient density (the manufacturer doesn't specify, but I'd guess around 160-180 g/m2) and it's not bleached - it has a slight yellowish tint. This makes writing notes a pleasant experience, and not just writing, but reading too (it's like having a reading mode on my smartphone). The front cover has a designated space for the daily planner's title. Of course, there's a page for personal details, followed by calendars for 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 (I bought it in 2024). Like in many other daily planners, this one also has a reference section, with stuff like bar code deciphering, a table of food energy values, units of measurement, paper formats, Russian phone codes, and more. After the reference section comes the personal calendar section, which is just a month-by-month breakdown (I usually jot down birthdays and anniversaries of friends and family, or any notable dates). And finally, there's the main block for notes. Since the planner is undated, you'll have to add the dates yourself. For me, this is a plus (I chose this type specifically), because I didn't start using it on January 1st, and I don't write down weekends and holidays because I use it for work purposes, so they're not relevant to me. After the main block for notes comes the phonebook section, which is alphabetical but lacks side markers. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, as I'll be using this section as the main block too. The daily planner wraps up with the notes section. This is where I'll jot down any important information that doesn't have a specific date.I was pleasantly surprised to find that my daily planner has a bonus feature! The cover has a small envelope attached to it. You can use it for notes and other scraps of paper.

*Nachsatz (German for "appendix" or "insert") is the "back page" element of a book's binding, a single sheet of dense paper

pocket The one thing that sealed the deal for me when choosing this planner was the elastic closure. It keeps the planner from opening up randomly, and I use it to keep my pages in place so I don't have to worry about them flipping around when I'm referencing information. Plus, there's a ribbon bookmark that I can use to mark the current date without having to worry about losing it. It's made of a sturdy elastic material that's way more reliable than a traditional bookmark. ribbon bookmarkI have to say, I was a bit skeptical about the value for money at first, but after using this planner for 7 months, I can confidently say it's been a great investment. The build quality is top-notch, and the shipping was fast and reliable. I've been able to use it for work and personal projects, and it's been a game-changer for my productivity.

I've gotta say, I'm really grateful for this daily planner. It's been a lifesaver for me.

A review of the Paper Art sketchpad with a cute kitty design. It's a great tool for watercolor enthusiasts and art students, but it's not without its flaws.
