I recently watched the movie Gorynych, which was hyped up as a magical blockbuster and promised to introduce us to a lovable little dragon. But, something went wrong... in reality, the trailer ended up being way more interesting than the actual movie.
When I first saw the trailer, I was really excited to meet Gorynych. The little dragon seemed like a great character, and I was looking forward to seeing him in action.

I went into the movie without reading any reviews, and I wasn't planning to go to the cinema. I just waited for the movie to become available for free. After watching the trailer, it became clear what to expect, and I really wanted to meet Gorynych.

What's Film Gorinysh, reviews, critiques about
Review of the film Gorinysh In this fantastical world, Leka meets Gorinysh and the rest of the characters, and that's where the rest of the story unfolds.
Gorinysh (2025, film), review At first, the plot seemed funny and original, but in reality, the film is a mix of fairy tale, fantasy, adventure, and musical elements - it's a bit of a 'mishmash' of events, with way too much of Petrov's antics everywhere.I was really disappointed by how little Gorinysh was shown, though. The little dragon's role was important, but it felt kind of episodic, which wasn't what I was expecting.
Gorynych, reviewsI was left feeling like the writers struggled to integrate Gorynych into the main storyline, and as a result, we only get a few scattered scenes with him. Most of the time, he's just sitting in a courier's bag or at home, and we only get occasional glimpses of him doing something interesting.
Gorynych movie, reviews, reviewsThe first part didn't impress me at all - the storyline moves at a snail's pace, and I found myself constantly waiting for Gorynych to show up.
Watch Gorynych movie, reviewsThe second part is a bit more upbeat, thanks to the addition of some comedic elements and quirky characters. I appreciated the lack of crude jokes, but not all of the funny moments will resonate with kids - they're more geared towards adults. The acting is pretty weak, and the characters are pretty one-dimensional. Yeah, and the main characters are just so bland - they're not really developed at all.
Princess Marusya (Victoria Agalakova) is cute, but she's also kinda dull and lifeless.
Gorynych (2025, movie), reviewThe Prince (Sergey Makovetsky) is probably the most interesting character.
Gorynych movie review I've got to say, the character of Silach Bambula (played by Roman Kurtsin) is a bit of a mystery, but he's also kind of lovable. I'm not really sure why he's in the movie, but he's definitely a fun addition. Gorynych (2025, movie), review As for the main character, Leha Alekhin, he's played perfectly in the style of Alexander Petrov - a rugged, charming guy with a goofy grin. Gorynych (2025, movie), review But here's the thing - the movie isn't really about Gorynych at all. It's about Leha, a fun-loving sailor who helps the prince and gets tangled up in a romance with the princess. Gorynych, reviews I was really disappointed that the creators promised a fantasy character in Gorynych, but they barely gave him any screen time. It's like they're teasing the kids with a dragon, but the rest of the movie is just a bunch of loud, nonsensical action. Out of all their works (Konek Gorbaty, Po shchuschyemu velenyu, Ogniwo), Gorynych is definitely the weakest. During the movie, I was tempted to give it a low rating because Gorynych was barely in it, and there were so many flaws. But the final scenes really got to me - they were emotional and touching, and I even got a little teary-eyed. It's nice to know that I didn't waste my time, so I'd definitely recommend it to you.
The creators didn't disappoint, and they had a great surprise in store for all the viewers
your friends are in for a huge surprise...
I've seen some wild movie recommendations in my time, but these four picks take the cake. Alice in Wonderland is a film that's got a ton of depth beneath its colorful, carnival-like surface.
I'm also a big fan of Poetic Justice - it's a modern take on the classic tale that really delivers.
And let's not forget Finnick 2 - it's a great, lighthearted option for a family movie night.
