I used to get packages from overseas without any issues, even my slippers from China arrived without a hitch. The first red flag appeared on June 30th. I got a text from Global Broker Solution: "You've got issues with your passport data, send another document ASAP, or the package will be returned!"

But no, GBS-Broker didn't give up! The robots started calling me, threatening: "Send the documents, or the package will be returned!"

Meanwhile, no one could explain what was wrong with my data, although I'd filled it out correctly and attached the scans. I was thinking, "Just send the darn pants back, I'm done!"

So, all this time they were yelling about 'incorrect documents', threatening to return the order, spamming me with calls, and the cargo somehow made it through customs itself. It turns out the documents were fine? Then why were they begging for them in the first place?

And honestly, I regret sending them any documents in the first place. It feels like they're not a transport company, but a document collection agency.
