Hello everyone!

I've been familiar with "Four Paws" pet store for a really long time now, ever since I got my first guinea pigs.

Fast forward to now, I've got a hamster and a jack russell terrier.

And let's be real, they need a lot of stuff to live comfortably, just like their owners do!😀It's great that there are stores where you can buy almost everything.

One of those stores is "4 Paws".

I like this chain for a few reasons:

- their stores are always bright and clean

- they've got a great selection of stuff (toys, beds, clothes, treats, accessories, and more)

I mean, there are even products like dog chocolate and beer out there. I might actually buy those for my dog someday.

- the option to order products through the app with delivery or pickup.I didn't have any issues with delivery or pickup.

- lots of promotions and new products (without discounts, bonuses, and promotions, it's a bit pricey)

- the option to save pet-coins and use them for future purchases.

- the presence of a vet pharmacy

I think I read somewhere that if you write a review or make a purchase through the app, you'll get extra points, but I didn't notice those points.

I'm pretty satisfied with the orders I've made through the online store - quick, high-quality products, and polite couriers.

Like in all other stores (that's just normal), the sales staff can be a bit pushy, and it takes some getting used to.

I'm generally satisfied with the "Four Paws" store in terms of selection and service, although, not many sales staff can offer any helpful advice without trying to sell me something. Mostly, they start recommending things that aren't exactly what I need.

But, we did manage to find some great and affordable onesies a couple of times, and the sales staff would immediately bring out the ones that fit us.

There's one major downside that a lot of customers are talking about - the sale of animals that aren't exactly healthy, which you can read about in the reviews here or on other sites. And that's even though the animals are pricey, they look sick and stressed out (based on the tons of reviews I've seen). I don't know if I can confirm or deny it, but the fact that there are so many reviews about it is definitely something to think about.

I used to see bigger animals for sale, like dogs and cats, just like in the "Sami with Furs" store, but I haven't seen them in a few years now, and that's a good thing.

Nowadays, I only see small animals, fish, and parakeets in this store.

I have to say, I really like the "Four Paws" pet store: despite all the negative reviews, I haven't had any issues personally.
